We’ve had great upgrades from the guys at TJ Plumbing over the past couple of years and I recommend their politeness, professionalism and workmanship very highly. We’ve had AC installed, and all new designer radiators fitted. Recently our central heating needed repairing. A motorised valve had failed. Sam arranged for Lee to replace the valve. Great job as usual. Thanks TJ Plumbing.

Just had our boiler repaired by TJ Plumbing. Our boiler is 11 years old and had not been serviced regularly. They came, they fixed and cleaned up.

I will defiantly be using them again.

From my very first contact with TJ Plumbing everything about them has been fantastic. The chap that visited us was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and just a super chap. The quote and information that followed easy to understand , the installation of the new boiler was done extremely well providing updates throughout the installation and since then we have had 2 annual services which have both been super - I have had to make changes to dates and these are sorted by the office team with no fuss - couldn't recommend enough

Thank you TJ Plumbing - Matt wired in a new thermostat and did a really neat professional job. He then returned to resite a gas fire pipe and made a tricky job look easy! Impressive array of tools perfect for the job and he took his time to reroute the pipe which now looks so neat. Very pleased and would recommend.

We would highly recommend Terry and his team. We needed a new boiler, so Terry came round and gave us a quote and went through everything with us. The price of the quote was excellent, they gave us dates that worked brilliantly for us, the work was carried out with ease, Terry and his team did a brilliant job. Following the recent installation of a Condensing boiler I have a very high regard for Terry and his Team, Matt, Carl and Jack for their excellent work and professionalism. I happily recommend them to anyone in need of a New Boiler. They completed the work effectively and effciently removing the old emersion tank, and old boiler (sited over the stairs), installing two new radiators and installing the new boiler in the loft. They did all of this hard work in the day ensuring that we were only without heating and hot water for approximately 6 hours.

Came out to us with a view to getting a new boiler as ours wasn’t working at all. When Terry arrived he asked to check it out rather than just condemn it. Worked out previous work men (we have an extension going on) had caused the issue and we were back up and running within half an hour. Cannot thank him enough ( 2 very young children with this cold weather was just awful for those few days) really pleased. Will recommend to everyone, see you soon to get the new control panel fitted. We asked TJ Plumbing to replace a defunct off grid heating system in a listed building with a suitable alternative. The project was challenging as 200 plus years of history had created a complicated network of old pipe work that had to first be sensitively removed and then a new system introduced that did not detract from the character and charm of the building. The team took to the work like ducks to water and turned an arctic cottage into a warm and inviting home. Terry, Matt, Carl and Jack accommodated all our wishes even when there was a change to specification at short notice. A number of historical issues were fixed that hadn’t been specified in the original works order. They made considerable accomodation for our son who has special needs so that he could continue to live at home whilst the work took place. Emma managed the time-line and resourcing perfectly and communication was excellent. The gas pipes were expertly polished by Carl to add that extra sparkle :-). I thoroughly recommend TJ Plumbing for all your heating projects.

Well another fantastic job carried out by Terry and Emma. Just to say a big thank you from us both for fixing our shower!!! A great friendly service from Emma and Terry. TJ Plumbing have just finished a very complicated fix to my leaking microbore central heating pipes. From quoting to fixing in just over a week the service was excellent throughout. Matt who did the fix was very careful and professional from start to finish. Great job thank you.

We have recently had a new boiler fitted by TJ Plumbing and would highly recommend their services.
Terry and Emma responded promptly to our initial request for help and gave sound, impartial advice.
The boiler was fitted with the minimum of disruption and we were regularly kept informed regarding appointments, estimates and general advice.

We were without heating and hot water for over a week waiting for British Gas to resolve the issue, in the end I called TJ Plumbing and they went beyond all expectations to get my system back up and running. My system was power flushed and any blocked pipe work replaced. The guys did a fantastic job and left the house clean and tidy. Can’t recommend them enough. No more British Gas for me!!

I can’t speak more highly of Terry Johnson and his colleague, Carl. We’ve recently moved and our house has thrown up so many complications with the plumbing. None of this has phased Terry and nothing is too much trouble or too difficult. He is so professional in all ways and is so committed to getting the job done as fast as possible. His dedication is second to none. He’s always transparent about pricing and options and so skilful with his work. So friendly too.
