This company is a disgrace! They rang last night to say they had just rang us but we didn’t answer - we were in but no phone call!
They rang today, offered to come home, 5 mins away but the driver said no, it would be 1 or 2 hours. Within 5 mins got a call saying they were at our house but no reply. Now we are not sure what is happening. They are not to be trusted - read the reviews!

I placed an order with a UK company on 10 May 2024. It was dispatched the next day. On 13 May I received an email from Tipsa to say the package was "en reparto" and would be delivered on the scheduled date and time. Whenever that was as no date given. I contacted them and they advised me they would deliver on Friday 17 May. I waited all day, no package. Late afternoon I received an automated email to say it would be delivered in 48 hours. As of 20 May, still no package. I sent emails, no reply. Their Web page showed several incidents, I have no idea what they were. I sent a further email this morning and they now state there was a reading error and they haven't received the package and advise me to contact the company in the UK. After reading the other reviews and my experience I can only conclude that they are totally incompetent

One of the worst logistics courier I've ever experienced. Deliveries undelivered, postponed, returned or simply disappearing. Agency's notified about delivery issues: no answers, no acting, no accomplishing any kind of deal. And everything resulting in costumers being considered and credited as the last unknown hole in universe.
With all the previous total, someone could think they should be in bankrupt and there shouldn't be any clever companies using their "services" a long time ago... but no! it seems the business world is full of amoebas everywhere, and clients won't deserve a minimum respect-seriousness for their money or persons. A true shame.
Disgrace of a company
Ordered products that Tipsa should deliver. I haven't received any tracking link or communication whatsoever from Tipsa and I'm told by the store I bought it from that they have tried to deliver it, how can you expect someone to be home when you can't even send a tracking link?
Since then I've sent two emails, contacted them through the contact form on their website. Called them at least 20 times without any answer.
Were also told by the store that they would contact me within 24 hours, it's now been 72 and the package should have been delivered 10 days ago.

What company that values its reputation would use a courier with a 1.3 rating on Trustpilot? Reebok.eu. Having had problems with my Reebok.eu order, I now discover they have used TIPSA to deliver my package. Or should I say, NOT DELIVER? Like other reviews, I too have received the INCIDENCIA notification. TIPSA claimed they attempted delivery but didn't telephone me. I have emailed TIPSA but received no reply. TIPSA do give you the option to collect from their depot, which clearly is good for TIPSA if you do as it saves them from delivering. I really do not know why a company with such a poor rating is still trading.

I was about to write a scathing review as I thought my package had been returned but my faith in humanity and TIPSA has been restored by their driver Felipe Rivera, I hope it’s okay I mention his name, he deserves a raise as he was so professional and called to make sure he had the correct address and that I was home and very polite and responsive working late hours. 10/10

I am a manager of an exponential company in the Spanish market. I leave reviews just when I appreciate the service/product, but with the first experience I had with the transport company TIPSA JUMILLA I decided to write it down my experience. receive a call on Friday informing the driver has tried to delivery the packet (abdominal chair) on that day in which I was working from home whole day, nobody came! She insists me to pick the product in the office and I refuse. She tells me they will delivery on Monday and nobody came again. Tuesday bank holiday. Today Wednesday I call their office in Yecla and she said they did not come on the delivery date (Monday) but will come today. Delivery driver arrives downstairs in the building, ring the bell and ask if there is an elevator (we live on first floor) and we confirm and open the door downstairs. The guy rings again and once again I open the door while calling his phone number (he doesn’t answer) after a minute only he calls back saying he left because no one opened the door.. I did my best to receive this packet due to the importance as it was a birthday gift. To get worst I call the office and the “lady” who doesn’t give her name start shouting without manners after I tell her to keep the packet because I will ask the refund and she end the call saying “isn’t me who needs an abdominal chair”. Totally unprofessional. By the way, in the end they didn’t agree on the lie, the driver said he didn’t tried to delivery on Friday but on Monday, and the girl said he was there on Friday, not on Monday because was busy.

This company is one of the most useless delivery companies I have ever come across. they promise delivery on a certain day, claim a delivery was attempted - which it wasn't*, then offer a delivery date 6 days later! Their website is so slow as to be virtually unusable.

Same story as everyone else. A major purchase being shipped, we get an email notification that it is coming, waited at home all day - no one came. Then comes email saying there was an 'incidencia' with the delivery. We contact TIPSA as per their instructions, and get zero response. Then second delivery notification, same story. We have waited stuck at home for days for this delivery to come. This is a totally unacceptable level of service with total unaccountability. Unbelievable. Awful service, avoid this firm.

They claim to have made two delivery attempts for my parcels, but I was at home throughout both days and no delivery was made. It appears evident that they are not being truthful about the attempts. Now, they are requesting me to personally visit their warehouse in Marbella to collect the parcels; otherwise, I will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel to the warehouse, which is precisely why I rely on having items delivered to my home. This situation poses a significant challenge for me.
