The parcel was delivered to Russia in 2 weeks, it is pretty fast, all things are good color and good quality, but we ordered 6 things and only 5 of them are in the parcel. We haven't got Minymo thinsulate luffer, sort (2/4 år). May be it is the fault of the seller (then you should be more careful), may be it is the fault of the delivery (then you should change it). But we are annoyed with it.

Buy in the store for the second year, last year was misunderstanding in communication, but it did not affect my choice in store this year. This year's service at the highest level - discounts are displayed in the basket, the mail comes a letter from the track code ... Excellent!

I made some orders from this internet shop and I have to say that I like things I could find there a lot, the service is perfect too, you can be always sure that you will get competent and polite answer, not waiting too much. The shop makes different actions and sales, so you can always find something you will like, having interesting price.
I am sure I will make more orders from it.

1. Order formed one week.
2. The final list was sending without 3 positions. Customer service do not offered any alternatives to replace this items. They send only what they have. So I think I must be ready next time to get only one or two positions from the long list. Depends on my luck, but not from quality of work of client service.
3. Transaction on write-off of money from my card has occured in day of sending of the order. But in my box I does not find two positions, which was in the list & which I already payed. When I wrote letter about it, customer service answer me that this items are sold completly out, therefor I did not get them. But don`t answer why they was in the list of received box & why I paid for it.
4. I get money refund only after 3 days writing a letter about don`t getting some of items from my order. But not when my not full order went to me.
I liked assortment of the shop, but it was not pleasant, that I pay for the one order which i`l want, and received only that you have found, though I wait week.

I have been placing orders to the shop for two years. Here, in Russia, the cold, and our children like warm clothing from Denmark. Thank you very much Lizette Quist. I like to chat with her. I will continue to place orders at her store.

A long time to collect orders. It happens that not all things are put indicated in the invoice. But always make a refund. We love you very much all the same)

Ordered some things for my kid. The things are good. Delivery is faster than from German shops. Will order again

its always a pleasure for me to buy clothes for our three boys in your shop. Danish childwear has a very high quality and is perfect for any weather - we mostly do not find cloth like that here in Germany - it's much better made for the use of kids and functionality is more important for the companys you work with.
I am also very happy about the very good service - we never had any problems with the order, payment or shipping. It is fast, reliable and a friendly service, especially from Lizette (when she puts Euro prices on for me ;-)
I wish you all a very happy christmas time and hope to be in Danmark again next year in our holiday.
