Booking process and price was really good but I had problem to add another driver. The company didn't let me pay with my debit card.

They reserved the car, paid for it and the company deducted it from the account. Then when we got to the car rental company, they said they didn't have a car at all. We didn't receive a confirmation of the reservation.
After an hour of unnecessary waiting, the confirmation still did not come. They reserved another car, we paid for it and we were on our way! We have a lot of money with the company. I'm confident that we'll get our money back without litigation. Although they still took 4 hours out of our vacation.

I accidentally paid twice but never heard back from them. It was my mistake. Then at the Rent Location, they charged me even more (for insurance that Tinorent initially charged be too).

Terrible experience! After 1h30 of waiting, the agency did not accept my Brazilian driver license (accepted by every other agency I rented cars in Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc), and they refused to reimburse me after the denial. It's a scheeme, a fraud!

Easy and fast rent process. The worker at the counter was ver y helpful and kind. The car wasnt the best option but is ok.

We paid twice for the car.
First online, payment plus insurance, then when we came to collect the car they made us pay extra insurance and deposit.
No, definitely sth is wrong here.
They speak poor English so communication is very difficult.
No option to pay contactless, they need physical card.
No, I don’t recommend.
One week for Panda was 450€!!!

I have had a problem with the car I couldn't pick it up because of a airplane delay and my Kredit Card Afterwards they never helped me just took my money for no reason I never got the car and they didn't even give a try to find a solution . Absolutely horrible

This is not a company, this is a scammer. I booked a car they take amount from my card when I arrived at the place, they asked for another credit card that I did not had and finally they didn’t gave me the car and didn’t refunded the money. Be careful.

Buongiorno ho prenotato una opel corsa con n. Prenotazione T4CN18285082 e n. Conferma IR24121452. Ho aspettato fuori al terminal ma non è arrivato nessuno a prenderci. Hi, I have paid for a car renting with above Ref information but the car rental shuttle never appeard at the pick up point. I have waited several hours at FCO Rome airport for the shuttle bus and called them several times, unfortunatelly, no body answers the phone and they didn't come to the pick up place either.
