Very disappointed in the quality of fabric and the finish of the bedding I just bought. For the price I paid which was £120 for a double duvet cover with 2 pillow cases the quality is not what I expected. The pattern I chose is stunning, and I am super happy with that but did not expect on both pillow cases and duvet for this to be just 1 sided with a dull white/ grey underneath side. Very disappointing and not clear on marketing what the reverse side looks like. Also quality of fabric is not what I expected when paying Dorma prices- would have expected Dorma quality. Sorry love the pattern and the packaging was very impressive- everything else unfortunately lacking for me.

Beautiful fabrics and I must admit, I was pleased with my cushions purchased in a very reputable retailer Liberty in London. However customer service and the website are very disappointing should one deal with the company direct. Spoils the full experience. I lost a will to spend money with the company due to inefficiency of the website, trying 10 !!! times to get to the checkout, followed by prerecorded messages on Customer Service. Not a company I’ll come back to.

Great quality cushions, fabrics and bedding. I’ve three sets of the bedding. It feels luxurious and I genuinely sleep better with this bedding! Beautiful designs and a real statement in any room. I have framed the London Toile fabric and hung it in the living room, and it looks great! Highly recommended.
