They were great from start to finish. When ordering and speaking to staff re styles and colours they were very helpful and I was able to see how they would look through the online virtual system.
When the installation team arrived they were quick, clean and very efficient. We were thrilled with the whole experience and would definitely order again as our doors look fabulous!

We are particularly pleased with the thumb-turn cylinder to lock the door from the inside. Comes with 10 year guarantee, plus 5yr guarantee for the installation. Great product, backed up by a professional, brilliant service. Beat our local suppliers by £££’s and delivered very quickly.

Very helpful staff, that provided all the necessary information for measuring.
The door was received within two weeks and I installed it in an afternoon.
The next couple of days I foamed and mastic’d the surrounds, looks great.
Would recommend getting a friend to help if you are going down the self installation route.
