Tiles great. Delivery poor.

Tiles were lovely, thank you!
Negative on delivery: I had a smallish order of tiles which were attached to a large and unnecessary wooden pallet and left outside my front gate because the wooden pallet was too wide to come in my gate. The tiles were too heavy for me to lift so had to be left on the street until someone came to help me. I don't blame the delivery guy. I blame the company for dumping a far to large and unnecessary wooden pallet on me rendering it impossible to get my delivery to my front door.

Great service

Easy to complete order on line. Very helpful when I wanted to add more tiles when they were due for despatch. Helpful and efficient customer service. Delivery on time with a time frame and my tiles are beautiful.

Because my house burnt out last June, so I have ordered free sample from various tile companies and I found this company to be excellent. I haven’t ordered any tiles yet, but when my kitchen is installed, rest assured I will be ordering from this company
