Excellent customer service! Although there were some problems with the delivery and two tiles arrived broken, Fahad arranged replacements immediately.

Fantastic quality tiles delivered next day

I placed an order for tiles that were listed as in-stock on the website with my required delivery date available. However, I later received a notification stating the item was actually out of stock. The stock management system definitely needs updating to prevent orders from going through when items aren't available.

That said, the customer service team was exceptional. Tanveel and Misbah were extremely helpful, resolving the issue quickly by securing an alternative tile in time for our required delivery date. A special thank you to Tanveel and Misbah for their outstanding service and help!

Prices are very competitive. Wasn't told order was delayed due to not all being in stock, I had to keep an eye on web site then cancel part of it to make sure we got the tiles in time.

Didn't arrive on the day told, having waited in all afternoon, that was down to the delivery company not Tile Mountain.

Misbah was very helpful every time I contacted them for help, she was the only one on the chat or email.

The ordering was easy and straightforward. I had a query which I emailed to customer support. Misbah answered it quickly. Very pleased with the customer service. Tiles delivered promptly next day. Was informed of a 3 hour window for delivery.

I ordered a few tiles to see what they look like and they are lovely.

Recommend grout and adhesive added can’t change after ordered 5 minutes finally too much adhesive and no return as well

Extremely disappointed with Tile Mountain / Bathroom Mountain — poor quality and no responsibility taken.

I purchased a complete bathroom renovation package, including shower, toilet, shower tray, vanity unit and tiles, spending around £2,800. These products were installed in a new bathroom and were hardly used, but I have experienced multiple serious problems.

The issues are clearly related to product quality and manufacturing faults:

* The shower is not working properly and is not providing hot water consistently.
* The toilet seat has sharp edges and is uncomfortable and unsafe to use.
* The shower tray is leaking water.
* The vanity unit became damaged and broken within a very short period after installation.

I contacted the company expecting them to inspect and take responsibility, but instead my concerns have not been properly accepted or resolved. For a company selling bathroom products, the quality control should be much better, especially when customers are spending thousands of pounds.

This experience has caused stress, delays and extra costs during my renovation. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you are prepared to deal with problems and a lack of proper support afterwards.

One of the tiles in the order was broke (Tuesday). I contacted tile mountain and had the new tile by Thursday, no faff, just sorted the problem.
Misbah dealt with my order and was brilliant!

We received excellent service and assistance from Simon at Milton Keynes. Simon helped us with a choice of tiles that met the size required and with choosing the right vanity unit.

Only ordered samples at the moment, but quick speedy delivery
