Tiles arrived promptly. Really helpful initially when the samples got lost in the post. And love the tiles for a little project on my bedroom fireplace.

Although a couple of the tiles were broken on delivery they were quickly replaced with two new ones.

We had an issue during our floor installation where tiles arrived with irremovable marks. Scott in Customer Service was brilliant throughout the whole process—he was attentive, polite, and kept in clear communication with the buying team to get everything resolved for us. Thanks to his efforts, replacement packs were arranged so we can get our project finished. Fantastic aftercare and service from Scott—5 stars well deserved!

I had a huge issue with my tile delivery, which was extremely frustrating from the beginning. The courier initially advised that the tiles would not be delivered, and when they eventually arrived, they turned out not to be the correct tiles, as my builder advised that he was unable to use them.

I then contacted Tile Mountain to arrange for the tiles to be collected, and this is where Charlotte was absolutely fantastic. From the very start right through to the resolution of the issue, she was professional, helpful and completely on the ball.

Charlotte kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, regularly communicating with me through both emails and phone calls. She made sure I knew what was happening at every stage and genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve what had been a very stressful situation.

I honestly feel that without Charlotte’s help, this situation would have been much more difficult to resolve. Her customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciate the time, effort and care she put into helping me.

Excellent service from arranging samples, answering my questions and such speedy dispatch once i ordered. Their prices are really fair. The website is easy to navigate and the customer is kept updated throughout. For a massive company, they still deliver a personalised service and I've been really impressed! Would highly recommend.The staff were all really knowledgeable and friendly too. Thank you. Looking forward to picking my kitchen tiles next.

Resolved my problem with positive recomendations

In store was a good experience, however an after call made to tell me tile prices were going up was made by a man saying (even though I had said I was in a work meeting), “telling you your tile price is going up so you better act fast Fam, before en it”.
Didn’t feel the most professional when I was considering by over a thousand pounds worth of tiles from you.

In store was very good and asked repeatedly if help was needed.
