Service was amazing , competitive prices, friendly staff.
Concerned about the temperature being too cold inside, not even ambient for staff or customers.
Please get some additionally heating for the staff and customers, as feel customers may not spend time in the building looking at tiles.
Apologies, should have noted that this was Brixton Hill Branch. Will be popping back in shortly, would be amazing if someone could action this.

Was in with my partner looking for ideas for a bathroom project was welcomed as soon as I set through the door by a friendly sales assistant called Andy . He was very knowledgeable and not pushy or insistent like some sales people . Would definitely use tile giant again for any future renovations.

Went to Tile giant Brixton and they were amazingly helpful and knowledgable on the type of floor and wall tiles I’d need for my home. The manager Eamon was superb, managing the orders, deliveries and returns and problem solving. Definitely knows his stuff! Only downside is that the shop is absolutely freezing!

Brilliant service from all the team at the Maidstone branch. Everyone was really helpful from choosing the tiles and they even loaded them onto my car for me. Highly recommended them.

Tile Giant have been great. The Service from Brandon in Croydon was excellent. Tiles delivered by Pallet, delivery driver whilst not a Tile Giant employee was also excellent, friendly and helpful despite being unable to park outside my house due to tradesmen vehicles. Upon inspection, some tiles were broken at the corners which is pretty common. Took photos, sent an email and was refunded within minutes. Will definitely be using Tile Giant again, thoroughly recommended

Terry from the Croydon branch was so helpful and gave great customer service!
He helped order in some tiles for me that was being discontinued but the best thing was he got them delivered into store quickly for me as I needed them asap. Thanks again!

BRIXTON BRANCH . It’s colder inside this branch than outside .
How are you meant to look around and discuss bathroom refurb when it’s freezing cold !!! Absolutely freezing this is our second visit this year we came here in January two weeks ago was too cold then so we left came back today and it’s no better .
Absolutely no care for customer experience and the poor staff whom stand in the cold all day every day .
On our visit today Eammonn was very kind , patient fantastic service but we are both shivering . For such a large company please invest in heating ASAP.
We are spending alot of money with you and we would like to feel comfortable and have a good customer experience.

Fantastic service,I bought the wrong tile back boards. Took them back , no issues, refunded and exchanged for the correct items. Highly recommend!!

For a small re-order of 6 tiles, the team in Poole have made an enormous effort, I am impressed. Martyn has packaged them up for collection and been extremely helpful, despite this being only a small order and a bit time consuming. "Going the extra mile". This is great customer service.

First visit to Tile Giant and I would definitely recommend them. They were very helpful and gave some ideas for tiling my kitchen. Dave was friendly and all the staff welcoming.

The building itself however! - Freezing cold! Very unwelcoming with no heating and bare concrete floors. I’m surprised customers stay in there long enough to buy anything.
