Scam company

Scam company, over charge, and when you ask them why the price is too high, they said because they are a small business, that’s why their price is higher than other companies. However, when you tell them you would like to cancel and said that $300 cancellation fee. But you ask them where is a policy said that $300 they refuse to email it to you. And their customer service try everything they can, over talk to you, jump in while you talk to them try to get that $300. Angelica is the worst one I ever talk with.

Despicable business practices

Despicable business practices. They price gouge their customers up to 4 times the normal price of gas. Don't believe what they say, they will do it out of the blue and say "its the market". Then when you try to leave because you realized they are the biggest liars about their service, they try to hit you with a $300 cancelation fee. Then when you ask them for a copy of your contract, they don't give it to you.

My gas bill was huge - solution

My gas bill was huge as well. I was advised by customer service to change from market rate plan to set rate which is at .999. When you apply, be sure to use your service agreement id of your main provider, not Tiger's id. Instructions aren't clear.

Im like the others mention in reviews

Im like the others mention in reviews, The way Tiger Natural Gas raise the price is Deceptive and in my opinion Illegal, after talking with a PGE representative my gas bill would have been cut more than half if I had stayed with PGE, Tiger Gas charged me over $350.00 for one month of service and I have a small home that uses very little heating

Tiger Natural Gas Stay Away…

Tiger Natural Gas set it self up 3 years ago as competitive and less that PG&E My February bill for gas procurement was three times higher than it would have been had I been with PG&E. This is outrageous to put it mildly. Stay away from this company!!!
