Lexmark MB2236 adw laser printer
Shopped around for a new laser printer/scanner/fax machine around the $100 price range. Pretty difficult to find in Canada. Checked on TigerDirect.ca and came up with the Lexmark MB2236adw. Great price that was far less than the usual Canadian outlets like Staples, Best Buy, Walmart etc. Free shipping and arrived within three days. Will keep them in mind for future purchases.

Order Staus and follow up
First item was shipped promptly and the order tracking system was very good.The second item was very vague in its' status,other than out of stock.After calling customer service,and a long wait, the agent could only provide me an approximate of 2 weeks, with the information he could access. If I had needed this sooner,I could have had next day service from Amazon ,but I decided to wait for the TigerDirect order which took almost exactly two weeks.If I hadn't contacted customer service, I would not know how long for delivery. You have should a better email follow up process on items you can't provide.
