Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the quality of products, particularly jewelry, noting issues like tarnishing, breakage, and general flimsiness shortly after purchase. The customer service also received widespread criticism, with people reporting unhelpful interactions, a lack of accountability for product defects, and difficulty resolving complaints. Reviewers frequently felt that the high prices did not align with the poor quality and service received. Some customers also felt that the pricing was excessive for the quality offered, suggesting that they were primarily paying for the brand name rather than durable goods. However, a few other people also felt that the service was excellent, highlighting specific instances of attentive and helpful staff who made their experience positive.

Worst experience that ruined what was intended as a sentimental gift

We bought a sliver necklace for our friend for her 50th birthday and after one day of wearing it the necklace turned green and caused her to break out into an itchy rash. We returned the gift and asked for a refund as she did not want another one or a different product based on the quality and the reaction to it. The store was not sympathetic they simply said this happens - I have never purchased quality silver and see this happen. Its disgraceful and poor quality service. The quality of Tiffany silver is terrible, their necklaces are thin and made from cheap silver yet they charge over $600. It was a hugely disappointing experience since we bought this as a gift and our friend had no other option but to choose another product as a gift from their store that she did not want. A disappointing customer experience that ruined a milestone birthday with a gift that was intended to be sentimental yet resulted in a bad experience that will be remembered instead. I will never shop here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I purchased 2 bracelets in April 2024 for my Pearl wedding anniversary so very sentimental. I purchased them in the Manchester store which is a 3 hour round trip for £984. After 6 months one of them broke and very lucky I didn't lose it. Took it back to the sore they argued it was my fault but said they would repair this time but needs re stringing every year at a cost of about £80, we were not told this when purchasing. Broke again a few months later and the other one had a deice of metal poke through so can't wear that either. Their answer either do the 3 hour drive or post it to them which I do not trust and quite frankly do not want the confrontation again in the shop! No help from customer service, products not fit for purpose. Im disgusted but more than that very upset that what was a beautiful gift from my husband of 30 years is awful and feel conned.

Amazing customer service

Tried to order a necklace for my daughters 18th but by the time I went to pay it had sold out. (Christmas period so super busy) Phoned customer service who managed to locate one for me in london and had it shipped to us the next day. I didn't get the ladies name but she was so helpful. This isn't the first time ordering from Tiffany's either as ive had many pieces and all have been beautiful.
Thank you.

Beware: Poor workmanship

Paid $7,100 for diamond stud earrings. Worn a few times only. One stud broke off from the diamond. Wouldn't repair just out of warranty. Never buy any items again from crooks. Look elsewhere quality will be higher. Tiffany's selling overrated rubbish that falls apart and needs to be exposed.

More like Zero stars!

Lowest score for customer lack of service goes to Tiffany’s. I’ll never shop there again. Seems like I’m the last one in on the joke about how horrible their customer service is. I recently noticed how no one is ever in the store at La Cantera and now I know why.

They can’t ever help you in store, they never follow up to emails and God forbid you have a complaint, MSR’s don’t care about your experience and react like all they heard was positive feedback. There is much nicer jewelry elsewhere with the kind of customer service one comes to expect with high end goods. This isn’t it-moving on!

Another bad review I am afraid

Another bad review I am afraid. Was assured by online customer service necklace with pendant I bought was unisex and therefore could be worn by a man or woman but it is clearly for a woman and my husband will not wear it! However they will not exchange or refund as I thought for a man an 18inch chain would look better and paid extra for a longer chain and they are saying that means it’s been personalised??? It was a pendant that hung off the chain! I wanted to exchange for another necklace nearly double the price but they still would not budge! Terrible customer service!

I received a Tiffany bracelet as a gift…

I received a Tiffany bracelet as a gift for Xmas. When I opened the gift and took it out the bag, I noticed the “return to Tiffany” heart was all scratched and appeared as though it had been worn !
I am waiting on them getting back to me, so I can return and get a refund !
Quality is shocking especially when paying £600

Tiffany Fails to Deliver

Ordered a piece of jewelry for my wife on 12/22 and was assured it would be delivered before Christmas. On 12/23 I called because I had not seen any tracking information and the Tiffany agent assured me the order had been shipped. Christmas Day came and went without delivery. Today I called and learned that the order had NOT shipped. All sort of excuses offered. I”ll never buy from Tiffany and encourage others not to ever buy from Tiffany.

Don’t buy Tiffany products online

I’ve bought different items for my wife before from Tiffany’s. I was going to buy her something from a Tiffany store but saw that their site guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day.
Needless to say that it hasn’t arrived. They’ve used FedEx in France which is baffling given how bad they are and how important the delivery is to their brand. FedEx are awful in all areas but I was equally disappointed with Tiffany. First, the link on their site to help with delivery questions doesn’t work (non-existent page), secondly despite FedEx initially saying they’d delivered the package (with signature) - they hadn’t - the Tiffany customer support person came back to tell me that actually I hadn’t been home (I was). Why they didn’t think to question FedEx about why they’d initially said it was delivered is beyond me.
Upshot is that I don’t have a bracelet for Christmas Day, I have no idea where the bracelet is and am likely going to have to dispute the charge with my bank to make sure I get a refund.
If Tiffany’s can’t do a decent website, decent customer support and find a partner to do a good delivery service then they should stop selling online before they ruin their brand completely.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT AN EMPTY BOX DELIVERED

Shocking Service! - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
Ordered a pair of earrings for my partners Christmas Present.
When the delivery turned up, I opened the box to find it was empty!
Spoke to Tiffany immediately, who denied any wrongdoing and refused to issue a replacement or refund.
Luckily enough I have CCTV in my house and have this all captured with audio feeds. Sent CCTV evidence of me opening an empty box to Adam from Tiffany’s Customer Service only to be further declined a refund or new pair of earrings.
I had to result in issuing the Tiffany's Company Secretary a 14 Day LBA (Letter Before Action) informing them of pending legal proceedings before they would agree to replace under "Good Will".
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 Years and have spent considerable and material money with them.
Their customer service is non existent, they are point blank rude, do not want to resolve and quite frankly have no idea how to treat a customer. They will not return phone calls, refuse to escalate to Director level and in short will treat you like you are the one who has done wrong.
I would never purchase from Tiffany again and would strongly advise anyone to take note of this review before shopping with them.
If you do decide to purchase, make sure it is in person so you can take the goods with you.
A shocking horror story for a so called reputable brand that delivers nothing short of second class service.
Just look at the reviews on Trust Pilot, 775 reviews with 596 being 1 star! There are even examples of the same thing happening to other customers.
I hope this review can help save many others from the distress it caused me for the previous 2 weeks.

I have bought many items from Tiffany’s…

I have bought many items from Tiffany’s over a 25 yr period from 18 kt gold to silver I tried to get two links removed from my 18 kt return to Tiffany’s bracelet they called and said that my links looked worn and it would cost $1500 to replace parts of the bracelet. I said just remove two links please they removed seven you couldn’t even put this bracelet now on a dolls wrist. This is after my husband paid to pick it up. I had to call customer service twice. Fortunately, I have the links I will never ever ever as long as I live purchase anything from Tiffany’s ever again I had just taken my six granddaughters in and bought them necklaces. I so regret it. Customer service sucks. By Tiffany’s mic drop. Never getting a dime of my money ever again.

pretty woman moment

After a bereavement in the family I took my wife to London for the weekend and decided to treat my good lady, so off we trotted to Tiffany and co on regent street, upon arrival we waited outside and they was letting a couple out of the shop then a couple in, not a problem with this but when we got to the front of the queue they must of let 5 couples out, then took one look at us and judged us on our looks and kept us there for ages, so we walked off and spent well elsewhere, don’t judge people. It was definitely a pretty woman moment.

Quality is gone

Was a true fan of the brand for decades. Always believed that it’s a solid brand with good quality things and great customer service. Unfortunately, the quality is gone. Got my daughter necklace for her birthday, she wore it a few times and it just broke. Customer service didn’t help, apparently there is no warranty even on a new pieces. So all what is left is blue box, no quality it once had and no customer support. Shame

Think before you buy as the quality is not what it used to be.

Having bought numerous items of jewelry from Tiffany & Co over the last decade I felt confident in purchasing a bracelet for my wifes 50th Birthday. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a £560 mistake. The bracelet repeatedly fell off my wifes wrist, I can only assume due to a faulty clasp. The item was returned and as ever they blamed my wife for wearing it. They charged £75 for the repair.
We received it back and my wife stupidly decided to wear it. The bracelet fell off yet again but sadly this time it was lost. We reported it to Tiffany and complained that they obviously didn't fix it correctly as the same fault occured. They basically said that we couldn't prove that was the case so therefore it wasn't their fault. No offer of a partial refund or discount off another product. They did not care.
The item clearly wasn't fit for purpose, the repair was clearly of a poor standard and now we are out of pocket. Never buy from this company.

Please please please please go somewhere else!

If I could give minus 100000 I would. They are a completely shambles. How they have earned the status of high-end I will never know. I mistakenly bought a ‘forever’ piece from the engagement collection and it has caused me nothing but trouble. It has broken THRICE, it is a shoddy piece of work, honestly couldn’t emphasise that stronger. I eventually sent it back to them for a repair request as there was obviously a fundamental flaw - only for the reply to 1. Blame me for causing damage, apparently you can’t wear their pieces frequently? And 2. Try to charge me more than half the cost of the piece new to ‘repair’ it. They then sent it back unrepaired - as of course I wasn’t falling for their next scam - only for it to be completely gift wrapped, new box and everything??!!!!!! How kind??!!!! I honestly am so devastated by the piece and their treatment. I’ve since asked around and many of my friends / family have completely boycotted the brand citing issues around ‘silver’ becoming completely marked and scarred almost instantly multiple times. I have had my own issues with other smaller pieces but until this happened, I hadn’t blamed them. Please please please stay away from this brand - particularly if you want a forever piece and are spending money on something sentimental. Do not trust them with any important life event, it has completely ruined this particular milestone for me!
