Absolutely rubbish if you are trying to purchase tickets in the UK for a show in Italy. No codes received to verify details, no translation to English to purchase tickets online on the app. A complete shambles.

TicketOne ask me to explain my complaints.
Easy, there is a lot of problems. Among there is a code (ee1 tax-code), as a not resident in Italy, you need to fill in, and it will not let you preside, if it’s not ‘valid’.
I asked there danish parents, they said that there was something wrong with TicketOnes page, and I couldn’t buy.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE (FAKES TICKETS)
Purchased 3 Adult tickets for Imola GP and 2 of them where faked from children to adult and when showing them at the emtrance they we're rejected.

Same as other reviews ... to buy a ticket you have to validate your mobile number by a code, but they don't send a code. I suppose I could contact customer services but the concert I want will be sold out so there's no point

I was checking the start time of a performance 5 days before the event - (Broadway Celebration Tuscany hall Florence, 17/4/24) and discovered when searching online that the performance had been cancelled. I had no notice from Ticket One. Thirty six hours later, having written to both the theatre and Ticket One I received a generic email saying the performance had been cancelled. With a line stating 'Further information regarding the possible recovery date and methods and times for refund requests will be shared as soon as possible.' So not only did I book hotel accommodation in Florence especially for the event, and train tickets, both of which are non-refundable at this late stage - I also have no idea how, when or if a refund will be forthcoming for the concert tickets.
No apology - no explanation of why the concert was cancelled?

At first it was very difficult to buy tickets, since I could not verify my non-italian phone number. I e-mailed the customer service and after a day, they called me without question and helped me from step one until the end to ensure that I got my tickets for my upcoming trip. The issues in the beginning were awful, but the customer service in the end was very helpful and direct.

They had no problem accepting my payment from a non Italian card. They had no problem emailing the tickets. However, I can no longer attend the event and have asked how to get the ticket price back. They have confirmed that there is no need to change the name on the ticket, their site says they can issue new ticket barcodes. They refuse to cancel the order. They refuse to allow me resell the tickets on their fanSALE site - every time they give a different excuse
1- UPS can't pick up tickets outside of Italy (they were emailed). 2 - Its not UPS, I've an incorrect address (its accurate and the same one as when I bought the tickets. 3 - The site can't accept a non European bank account (I only have European bank accounts). Each customer service response is only a line or two at best, give different answers to the same question and is not helpful at all.

Not easy for a UK user. To register you need to validate your account via a text code they claim to send you - but nothing comes through. To be fair they responded quite quickly (and in better English than my shakey Italian) to my query but just told me to "empty your cache, delete temporary files, delete cookies, delete history, and try again using a different browser". Or you could have just sent me the code? I booked elsewhere - may have paid more but life's too short.

I found their website difficult to navigate, and lost my printed ticket page (stamps @casa).
After many attempts of missing the now obvious clues, I asked for help from their desk.
Their response was very clear and quick.
They took the direct approach and sent the tickets on a direct link. For which I am grateful.

Without doubt, the worst platform I have ever used to order tickets. I was ordering tickets to visit a museum! It took me half an hour. I will never book anywhere that uses this platform again.
Edit - Predictably, this company wants me to go into more detail so they can point out that I'm wrong. One question: Why on earth do I need to provide so much personal information, including my birth date to buy two tickets to visit an art gallery? I don't want to join anything or contribute my 'data' to your organisation. I'm already paying for a ticket from the gallery that pays you to sell it. That is a terrible platform - way too many pointless boxes to fill in. I nearly gave up twice. I bought concert tickets today with another platform. Email address, paypal - done. Two minutes. I didn't have to sign up for anything or find out that I'd filled in a box wrong, I just bought the tickets I wanted.

I tried to purchase my tickets like 7 times, every time they CHARGED me for the tickets, but at the end, there was a message that the order was not placed. I contacted them, and they told me to clear cookies or change browser and try again. I did, but it happened again and again. I asked them what is the issue, but they stopped replying to me. Then again I contacted them to ask for help, and again, no answer. I tried to place my order again, the error happened AGAIN, and I was charged once more, so I sent ONE more message and received a standard response - in ITALIAN. Now I'm awaiting all my refunds, but it seems to me like a complete scam. They charge you for nothing and the customer service is a total S**T!!!!!!!!!
EDIT: they replied asking me to contact their support before the next purchase attempt. Guess what? I did, repeatedly. I got generic replies in Italian, asking me to change the browser and clear cookies, which I already did and it didn't work. And then they asked me to try again in one hour, even though I was trying for over a week! What is more, they say they are no charges, and their support told me I was charged and they'd refund it. It's a complete JOKE!!!!!

Absolute junk, tried to buy tickets for Italy v England rugby game.If you were born in the UK good luck.It wont accept UK, England Or Great Britain as a place of birth.If you were born in any remote corner of the world that seems to be fine.
