I purchased two tickets to see Take That in Rome. I became seriously unwell and was unable to travel. I immediately contacted this company to inform them and ask if I could have a refund. They informed me that whilst they couldn’t offer me a refund, I could resell my tickets on their Fansale page. I must have sent literally 100’s of emails to both TicketOne & Fansale trying to upload my tickets to this ridiculous website, that clearly is not fit for purpose. I received nothing but incompetent and incomprehensible responses, telling me I must have purchased my tickets directly from them, in order to resell them, which I had! Every time I emailed back, they told me to scan or manually enter the IBAN number, which I did. The IBAN number was continually rejected by their website, which informed me every time that the number did not exist and was not recognisable. I believe they must have misprinted incorrect and unrecognisable IBAN numbers on my tickets. Who knows what would have happened if I had actually attended or managed to sell my tickets, as the numbers would not even scan on their own website or enter manually, so, I probably would have been left sat outside the venue listening from afar! They offer completely incompetent customer services, who have no ability to resolve issues, but just repeat the same ridiculous information, email after email. There’s no one who you can escalate issues to, so sadly my tickets remained unused for this amazing concert and I remained out of pocket, due to their complete incompetence! I attend 100’s of concerts every year, and this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this! I would never ever use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone considering buying from them, to seriously reconsider! Appalling service! Shame on them for taking customers hard earned money and offering such poor service!

Dealing with TicketOne Milan's customer service has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. My sister has been following up with them since July regarding a payment they claim was transferred, but we have yet to receive it. When we informed them that the account name was incorrect, they dismissed it, saying that as long as the IBAN number is correct, the name doesn’t matter.
TICKETONE IS IRRESPONSIBLE!
NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL!
We repeatedly requested proof from their bank to confirm that the payment was successful, but all they’ve provided are screenshots from their internal system showing that the transaction was initiated. Despite multiple follow-ups asking them to verify the issue with their bank, we’ve had no resolution.
In the end, we had no choice but to send our own bank statement to prove we didn’t receive the payment which should have not been the case as it could have been easily resolved if they had simply contacted their bank from the start.
Dealing with TicketOne Milan has been an exhausting process, and their lack of proper customer support has only added to the frustration.

Bought tickets to Gypsy Kings in Taormina Italy. Arrived at concert with about 300 other people with no explanation as to why it was cancelled.
Cannot enter ticket details to get a refund and when contacting them was told to check my junk email as an email was sent that gave a 2 week window for refund 2 weeks after I had booked my tickets!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. It feels like a scam. There is no consumer protection or advocacy.

God awful, impossible to use. Took me 2 days to actually order the tickets.
Tried on a phone, 2 different PCs and 3 different browsers but it was broken on all.
They did not respond via instagram or their customer service. It was a terrible experience and I will never use them again

Avoid this company at all costs, I purchased 2 tickets for a WSBK round Cremona Italy at a cost of 340 euros which included secure ticket insurance at an extra 18 euros.
Unfortunately due to a medical issue I have had to cancel the full weeks holiday to Italy.
When I asked for a refund and explained that I had taken out the insurance I was told that it does not apply for people in the UK and there was nothing they could do. This is tantamount to fraud absolutely disgraceful behaviour
I have supplied the information which you requested in your response email but no comment or refund also it was a WSBK round not a concert.
I standby my comments Avoid Ticketone at all costs.

Update 30.08.24 I have nothing to hide I started a case with PayPal after you refused to refund my money after taking out insurance. You have offered to partially refund me to the sum of 300 euros and because I am a reasonable bloke I accepted your offer. I stand by everything that I have written in this review you are ripping customers off and by the way the company who provides the insurance also provides insurance for Trainline in the UK and when you tick the box to purchase the insurance it says only available for UK residents. You may want to think about adding this instead of ripping people off. This is why out of over 3000+ reviews you get 75% giving 1 star have a think about this.

Absolutely useless. This site is unfortunately the only option to buy tickets to Hellas Verona match but it can't be purchased because I'm getting "person non valida" error. No one from ticketone is responding.
UPDATE: Ticketone support got back to me and is trying to solve the issue. Unfortunately the seats I wanted to purchase are already gone. I'm currently hoping to have the issue fixed so that I could buy the ones that are left. I have also shared my details with Ticketone via Truspilot so that they can look into the issue.

I tried to buy tickets from them, they didn't send confirmation via email. They also said they don't send sms to international customers, so no way to order from them. Their support was terrible. Missed tickets because of them. Worst ticket company ever I dealt with.

Informed me about a change to my ticket purchase and invited me to apply for a refund. Required full bank details when ticket bought on credit card. Email looked like spam. Gave me a deadline to apply for refund and website link refused to acknowledge my tickets. No refund as they said the deadline had passed but no help beforehand to me to get my refund. Now refusing to refund due to their imposed deadline. Cannot recommend using this company. Close to scammers.

Having read the reviews below I was admittedly very reluctant to buy tickets for next Aug - but I am delighted I did! The whole process on my iPhone was so easy, the tickets are now sat in my apple wallet and the much criticised non code to my phone - in UK - was perfect! Couldn’t fault it 😊

UPDATE (16 Sep 2024): It's been months of corresponding with them to follow up on the payment. We even had to go through the process of sending our bank statement just to prove that we did not receive the payment, only for them to respond by saying their system will automatically update if the payment has failed. Any competent company would make an effort to investigate this with their bank, but they haven't. What a waste of time and effort communicating with them.

We purchased a Taylor Swift Ticket for Milan and due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to come so I have to resell my ticket. On the Ticketone website they only accept an IBAN in Europe when in fact the tickets were purchased by a card outside Europe. I have no choice but to provide the IBAN of my fiance in Europe. The payment didn't come as they had put the transfer under the same name of the ticket holder, there was no portion to fill in the account name on the page. However, I was following up and clarifying the situation to them they just kept sending me the same response saying that they cannot modify the transfer if it has not failed. I asked them for their assistance in checking it with their bank but they were just giving me the same information without any effort to check it from their side. I tried calling their hotline but to no avail as well.
They lacked effort in giving me the proper information and support to resolve my issue.
My customer service experience with them was very stressful and I have not received any resolution from their side.
