Causing Blackmarket

I bought a ticket (concert for Roger Waters) from viagogo. When I received the ticket, the price on it was 79,35EUR and the original seller was Tickeone but in the viagogo website the price was 169,76 EUR (price per ticket was 139EUR plus normal additionals). I also checked Germany Frankfurt from Ticketmaster and some other websites, no where was lower than 160 EUR available. When I got the ticket and saw the huge difference, I contacted the customer service of viagogo, and they told me they are second hand seller and they have no control over the ticket price.

This ends in a resulf for me that Ticketone is either not avoiding this blackmarket or even maybe causing it. They are getting the tickets much cheaper, and the tickets are ending up in other places clearly and obviously much more expensive, and not only no one is doing something about it, it's being done without any problems!

TWO VERY IMPORTANT CLAFIRICATIONS:
1-The ticket on Ticketone website was even more expensive, it was 255,04 EUR (VIP only available)
2-the ticket even has my name on it, not some other persons name.

PS. Thank you for your reply dear TicketOne team. Maybe you should prevent whole sale? I don’t know what should be done, but the Ticket even has my name on it.

There was a purchase of performance

There was a purchase of performance, but suddenly pianist was changed without any notice. So, I have requested for a refund, it was safely accepted. However, I have not gotten any updates yet, so please let me have the results and when it will be refunded.

Cancer website

I don’t understand how a website can be this bad??? It’s impossible to navigate and took me over a hour to buy tickets. I would rather go through my stage 2 cancer treatment again than attempt to buy tickets on this website again.

No flexibility

I purchased some tickets for Sam Smith. I didn't see the option to choose seats (if it was there). I had bought Sam's cd to get a pre-sale code 24 hours before the tickets went on sale but, the code did not come through until after the tickets had gone on sale. The allocated seats are dreadful, telescopic seats really far from the stage. I sent a request to pay the difference and upgrade but, I was hit with a blank wall. They say, "read the terms and conditions' no exchanges or refunds. Whilst I appreciate it was partly my mistake and a language barrier, they were most unhelpful even though only a third of the seats have so far been sold. No gesture of goodwill and no customer service skills. Very poor...

No responsibility for bugs/mistakes

Ticket payment for concert got through, but tickets didn't got sent. Received refund and needed to buy tickets again. Price of the tickets increased in the meantime and didn't receive compensation for this mistake/bug.

Tried over 10 times to book some concert tickets that were available and I think I am going to be scammed on my credit card.
What a shambles.
Going to check with my credit card company and bank tomorrow to make sure this is a genuine site.

They said there were technical…

They said there were technical difficulties and cancelled my purchase FIVE DAYS after it has been processed by my bank. I'm not sure if the money will come back after seeing all the reviews. They say that my seats have been bought by someone else. They don't care that I've bought the flights and paid for the hotel. They just don't. Technical difficulties can happen, but customer service, support and feedback are not present at all. They did not provide any alternatives, they just faced me to the fact.

TickOne stolen my money

I tried bought a ticket, but a message informed me that due to some error the payment was not completed. However, the payment was debited from my account.
I informed TicketOne about it with a print of my account statement and they answer me that the purchase attempt was unsuccessful and I have to try buy again. They took my money and don't want refund me or give me the ticket. This site is a trap!

Zero flexibility and poor assistance

The concert I was supposed to go to was rescheduled due to Covid but the new date doesn't work for me so I asked for a refund but apparently the deadline was 6 months ago (I never received an email explaining this), so I tried to re-sell my tickets on fansale but I was told that since the collection is on-site they can't be sold on fansale. I then asked if I could change the date since the concert is on for 3 nights at the same venue but their policy doesn't allow it. I feel like there's zero flexibility and no assistance whatsoever in cases like this.

CRIMINAL SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE- EVER!

My wife and I are in our seventies and are very keen fans of Andrea Bocelli and have said up for a long time to get enough money to attend one of his concerts. In January 2020 we purchased two very expensive tickets to his concert in Marostica and also booked flights and accomodation from Australia. Unfortunately Covid hit and the concert and travel were all cancelled. We got our money back for the fares etc, but kept the concert tickets for the next year.

The next year came and the concert was cancelled again. So we again made plans to go to the concert in 2022, as the tickets are still valid for that new date.

However, my health has deteriorated and I have been in and out of hospitals, meaning both my health and finances are now in very poor condition and I cannot attend this wonderful concert. All I could do was ask for a refund or sell the tickets. I was told it is almost impossible to get a refund, so to sell them on ‘Fansale’ in Ticketone.

So, for the last two or three months I have tried to sell them on Fansale but I couldn’t manage to do so. I even sent copies of the tickets and my bank details to them, but they just kept saying “go to the website and it will answer all your questions”.

I finally found the English translated page on that site and proceeded to fill out the necessary forms, butI was stopped at the field that asked for my bank IBAN details. You see, Australian banks do NOT have IBAN codes, they work on SWIFT codes. I advised Ticketone of this and they simply replied that we cannot use them if we don’t have an IBAN code.

So now, I am more than 800 Euros out of pocket, cannot travel, cannot sell my tickets and am getting no assistance from Ticketone.

NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!!

I received an e-mail saying the concert was canceled and I could ask for a refund. I filled out the refund form but I guess they had a technical problem and it didnt go through, by the time I realized it, I wasn't able to ask for a refund since "the terms for the reimbursement have expired". first time I saw it was limited in time. It wasn't written anywhere. the customer service is the worse. Doesn't give you answers. just send you a link to their terrible website. worst experience ever!!!!

Disappointing Ticketing Experience: Excessive Fees and Lack of Alternatives with Ticketone.it

It's sad to see that artists agree to work with such a greedy website like ticketone.it, which collects unreasonable fees from its customers. It's a shame that getting a ticket at the box office can be quite challenging, forcing fans to pay these crazy fees. My advice to readers is to avoid paying these fees and find the box office to get the ticket at its original price.

Non-existent customer support and horrible experience

In November last year, I bought two tickets with insurance for a concert that was to be held in February. Postponed to July, I asked for a refund. After 7 months I am still waiting for a refund. I sent a lot of emails, called the fantastic pay-as-you-go number 892101, was on hold for 12 minutes (for a total of 14.64 euro), also called 02392261 to be told to call 892101 again. Tip: avoid buying tickets on this web site
