Easy, great service. I had a credit from a cancelled covid concert and they gave me store credit. Just got tickets to a hockey game and credit worked perfect. Thanks for making this so easy!

This is my 2nd purchase through them. Got great tickets because they send an alert for upcoming shows.

Went to Buble concert, was told my tix were no good. Had to buy new ones at the event. Contacted ticketoffices about 10 times, after many hours on the phone and months later, I finally got my refund. Overall, I do not trust this business as it was very suspicious on why I was denied entry and the fact it took so long to receive my refund. Also, I felt I was given the runaround and they had no answers to any questions. Lastly, it was nearly impossible to reach them. I recommend going straight to Ticketmaster.

Though that I had these tickets purchased, but found out tonight, that I did not have the tickets--no record of purchase. Hopefully all is in order now.

I would have liked to see the exact seat I was purchasing, so I feel as if I'm blindly buying where I can't tell if I'm near an exit or my views.

I saw the tickets available and chose to explore.

Never again will I buy from here. I bought Hamilton tickets for my wife's birthday the day the tickets went on sale (2 months ago). I got my tickets today, and they were terrible seats compared to what I spent over a grand for. I wanted Loge Center D row seats, i got Orch far back right side seats. Ground level is not an "upgrade". The new seats suck. I called the only number i could to get this settled, and all they could do for me is waive their already over priced service fee. So now ive waited months for this event and have to watch it from the back row instead of the edge of the loge edge. I do not recommend anyone buy from these guys as they didnt even ask me if i wanted to the option for seat changes they just took it among themselves to do it. Then when i argued to get the seats i actually wanted originally, i was told all sales are final. They admitted they didnt contact me, and based off of their opnion of "better seats" im now screwed. F you Ticketsoffice, you wont be getting my money again.

The customer service representative was helpful, patient, and informative. At a time when a lot of folks seem to be on edge and kindness and patience are sometimes in short supply, I appreciate how he navigated the call. I had store credit and it wasn’t working to apply it online so he helped me with that and I asked him to look at a few different areas in the stadium until we got to a price and area I was happy with. Thanks!

Easy to use, honored money paid during Covid cancellations. Really happy with their service.

Unwilling to provide refund for cancelled event. Tried calling them and you are put on phone loop. They advise to email them and they will not respond. We are out about $600 and are at the point of seeking legal advise on how we can proceed with fraudulent business practices

Crooks and parasites. They make it impossible to figure out how to get a refund for Covid cancellations.

It was amazing! Quick and simple easy to use! I lost my tickets twice and twice they replaced them with no questions asked! I didn't even have my receipt or my order number to give them!! They are fantastic!

Bought tickets from TicketOffices and when I received the tickets, found that they were fake. TO refunded me after some back and forth, but they did the right thing!
