I use ticketmaster often, something i didnt understand is, why did i have to make another account and why is france not available on the app?

I needet 4 ticket. could only buy one. wasnj't able to buy more because there are only a few available every half an hour....?! I don't have time to wait for days in front of a computer and click and it doesn't work. worst exerience ever!

I bought a ticket to Beyoncé in Paris, but I can't attend the show anymore and I tried to ask for a refund during the first 24 hours, but they said they wouldn't refund it. Then, I thought I could at least resell the ticket but that option isn't available and since it was a presale ticket apparently you can't sell it. Everytime I sent an e-mail trying to get an answer, they just copy and paste the same reply everytime and it's never 100% clear because I'm just talking with a chatbot at this point, and when I request to speak with a real person that never happens and they just sent another copy and paste answer. All I'm asking is that you allow fans to resell their tickets and that you have real people replying to these requests. On Ticketmaster UK and USA people can resell their tickets, so this just seems like a Ticketmaster issue rather than a promoter or artist's team issue so please fix it before June.

edit: the resale is activate on all tickets, except vip ones so please fix this cause I want to sell my vip ticket and I can't when it's sold out, this is really unfair

I purchased tickets for Beyoncé's concert on Feb 11, but shortly after, I found better seats for the concert on Feb 12. I reached out to Ticketmaster to request a cancellation of my initial order.

Unfortunately, despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response or guidance on how to proceed. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company as well-known and trusted as Ticketmaster.

I kindly ask Ticketmaster to address this issue and assist me with the cancellation of my order number 333998810.

I had been waiting for 5 hours on the website for the artist presale (beyoncé cowboy carter) and the link stopped working 10 minutes before it opened. It happened to everybody and apparently it wasn’t the first time and it had happened for other concerts too. This bug might’ve cost me my chance to attend the concert.

what can I say, a complete mess, it baffles me that they haven't figure out a way to manage queues

The sale was horrible! Every ticket I chose was "sold out" or the quantity was not available anymore.
Every new ticket I choose I needed to verify that I was a human. After verifying the tickets were gone.

Finally I had 2 tickets for Beyonce and then Ticketmaster logged me out (I was logged in, in advance). Tried to log in and nothing happend. We had 10 minutes to finish the payment in the last 8 seconds left I finally logged in.

This is so stressfull... Not a good sale experience, actually worst!

Ticketmaster FR is not on the iOS app for whatever reason so how am I supposed to get my digital ticket ?

This should not be a problem considering how cheap and easy it has gotten to develop these platforms . Totally unnecessary and unacceptable.

I could not see the seats until they were in my cart and being processed. The connection was slow and buttons did not open quickly which was stressful given the time limits for checking out. Looking forward to the concert and hope to have a better experience in person.

Took me ages to get a ticket (2 hours). Ticketmaster is never prepared with handling with a bunch of people trying to buy tickets.

I’m trying to contact Ticketmaster France, I made a mistake and bought wrong tickets today. I need to cancel them, but in France they don’t have chat or telephone number to call. I already sent 2 forms and I’m waiting for the solution. I hope I have some answer soon

Worst pre-sale ever. They bump up the prices with dynamic pricing TO UNREASONABLE NUMBERS. This should be ILLEGAL and Ticketmaster shoud PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!
