The process of getting a refund from Ticketmaster was super easy. My mother passed away unexpected and I got Covid so we were not able to attend. I thought this would be super stressful but the staff on the emails were super responsive, kind and understanding. Ticketmaster trusted what I told them without any questions which made this very sad time for my family super easy to receive a refund. I would like to thank you all for such a supportive process.

Tried to resell my tix through Ticketmaster. Didn't get any feedback until the day when they said they hadn't been sold...but the concert was a sellout!!...go figure.
Thought there would be some direction to maybe sell at a lesser price and be given more time to move tickets ie 2 days before the concert.

This was like the 5th or 6th time I saw Reuben Kaye’s show, never disappointed.
Outrageous, sexy, deliciously rude, politically astute, funny, hilarious and some might even say educational… with a twist.

NSW Swifts Match
I had the best time at my NSW Swifts game with my mum, all staff we interacted with at KRA were lovely, kind and helpful. The only negative that I have is that I thought I would receive an email with event information (such us gate opening times, parking etc) prior to my event. I travelled 6 hours for the match and had to go hunting for event information which I found on the NSW Swifts website.

Bad value for price we paid
Badly organised
Honestly it was badly organised altogether. For starters the door was supposed to open for general admission at 6 and the concert start at 7 but by the time I arrived for the soundcheck (which was supposed to be late at 6:30) it hadn’t even started. They ended up opening the doors for general admission altogether and allow them to listen in on soundcheck as all of vip only got a single photo card for compensation, mind you this was the same photo card you get for free by spending more than $60 on merch. The soundcheck ended up starting at 8:20, the time the concert was supposed to end which was unbelievable. And don’t get me started on the hi touch and the photo session. It was so rushed. The photo session was only 6 seconds and no chance for interaction with the members, there wasn’t even time for a simple ‘hi’. Was expecting to leave by 10 but ended up leaving at 12:30. I do not blame any of the members for this but in fact the organisation running this since there were so many repeated issues across all the venues.
Poor layout and no dedicated public transport
Poor layout. Big screen in middle of crowd blocking view of stage for large part of the audience. No urinals for men, causing long queues for all toilets. No public parking however no dedicated bus transport provided as alternative. Nearest bus stop was almost 1km from gate. Also bus stopped at regular stops on way so transport was very slow. No extra buses provided to deal with crowd. Artist lineup was impressive. The only thing that saved the experience.

Took them 3 goes for it to come through, literally at the gate to go in to the game at Marvel Stadium.

He was so interesting- the only improvement i could identify is it would be nice to see his face on the screen every so often.
Allen Menkin was a wonderful speaker
Allen Menkin was a wonderful speaker. Seats were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Needed to get to the toilets with plenty of time during intermission as they got very backed up. Only real issue was leaving the venue, it took 20 mins from standing up to arriving on the street. Not sure if this is normal or if there was an issue with the escalators, but it was very slow and claustrophobic, but it did not diminish my enjoyment of the show.
