My daughter lost confirmation email and…
My daughter lost confirmation email and e-tkt send by ticketmaster on her profile no track on a ticket purchase was found. Client service helped us to find out that my daughter created two accounts and the tickets were in a old account that the has forgotten by the time.
Very kind and professional and fast service. 5 stars of 5.

No e-ticket option for the event
No e-ticket for the event! Plus overpriced shipping (17.90 CHF with standard post Europe - to be delivered in France). This is just unacceptable for mid-2018!
