Zero response, zero support

I was sold a parking ticket for the 24h of Spa and there is no address for it. I can't even find in on Google Maps. For people who do not know the area around Spa Francorchamps, it is literally in a village. Whenever there is a large even the traffic there is crazy. It can even take you more than 4,5 hours to reach the track. Zero response from them for more than two weeks after sending several reminders.

Poorly trained and rude staff

The person in the first gate (B1) was unaware about the VIP upgrade for the "meet & greet", so even having the two printed tickets (one for the concert and another for the VIP upgrade), this person almost did not allowed me to come in, only when I showed the ticket from the Smartphone app...

The racetrack WEC 2024

The racetrack, atmosphere, and race were great. What the organizers failed at was managing traffic upon arrival. It was a discouraging example of ignorance towards paying customers. It's a shame for motorsport.
