It can't get the date right.

The site keeps trying to book me for the day before I want to travel, I have tried many times and dates but it always comes up with the date before the one I entered. I will have to go elsewhere.

Absolutely fabulous

Absolutely fabulous. So easy to use and I am saving around £20 a journey. Going into London twice a week that is a monthly saving of £160 a month. Very happy

Don't forget your password, otherwise you won't be travelling anywhere!

I have used Ticketclever quite a lot over the last few months. However, yesterday I went to book a ticket and had a password memory lapse, as we all do from time to time! However, after trying my 3 usual possibilities, it was unfortunately still incorrect so I was then blocked from trying to log in. That's fine and great news that my account is protected. So I called customer services and explained my problem to be told there was absolutely nothing they could do for 24 hours! After which time I would be able to reset my password. Consequently I booked with another company. Why 24 hours?? Surely, confirmation of my identity with a few security questions, this could have been resolved over the phone and I would have been able to proceed and book my ticket.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service trying to get a refund. Told it was paid into my account on a certain date which it wasn't, constantly on the phone to them, people failing to phone back etc. I've had to phone every single day, only to be told "it's marked as high priority and someone will call you back, but if they don't you'll have to keep calling, sorry..." - they never do - it's simply beyond a joke. I really wouldn't bother with them at all. So disappointed!

I have tried repeatedly to book a…

I have tried repeatedly to book a London to Edinburgh trip.
First, the ticketclever website changes the date by on day each time, so I actually input one day ahead to get the correct day.
Second, ticketclever does not seem to accept foreign credit cards even if Visa. Third, when inputting a foreign address it accepts all except for the postal code. Time to book directly with the service provider.

Wonderful customer service and great prices on their ticket choices. Special mention to Declan who I spoke to on the phone after a booking error and he was beyond helpful! Will definitely use them again.
