Terrible customer service. We paid over 10.000 SEK for two Liverpool / Palace tickets. Liverpool has said all ticket holders will be refunded and still we are waiting. All Ticket2 sends out is a generic email saying they are busy and overloaded with work. The law is clear - we paid for a service and we have not received this service, so the only option we have now is to involve the The Consumer Ombudsman (KO), (the Swedish Consumer Agency), who is in charge of ensuring protection of consumers through enforcing the market law statutes, and possibly our lawyers as well. You dont get your money back if the match is cancelled!
I bought 2 tickets for a Premier League game in May 2020. Unfortunately due to the situation with COVID-19, the game has been postponed and will be played with closed doors. In that case, I asked Tickets2 for a refund of the tickets for a total amount of 2752 DKK. I have only received a refund of 1010 DKK. Their explanations ? "Lack of energy". And do not even expect a voucher because as per their customer service "we don’t offer voucher because the chance of us surviving is more or less zero."
Extremely disappointed by this company, and the way the management is handling the situation. We know this is a difficult situation for everybody but this is not a reason to steal people's money.
I will move forward with a consumer association. This should not happen to more people.
If a match is cancelled you wont get your money back, why? because the owner is selfish and ignorant. My match was cancelled, I paid 1150NOK per ticket.. All i got back was 500NOK per ticket. They hide behind emails and all they say is "sorry, nothing more we can do". They dont try to make you happy. Want good tickets, use another company for what its worth.
Great seats, but was expecting a ticket as promissed delivered to the hotel. Called several times and was finally told in a textmessage from a local ticket broker that I would get details for collecting them a few hours before the match. Two hours before the game I got information in a textmessage where to collect the tickets and a phonenumber to call at arrivel. It turned out to be seasontickets I could 'borrow' - leaving my driverslicens as deposit. The transaction was made in a deserted house in a sidestreet - and I felt like a criminel. I might all be legal - I don't know - but our joy of expectation were totally ruined by the uncertainty - would we get tickets, what could happen at Anfield when and if they would start asking questions.
I would have preferred honesty from the beginning about the tickets

Booked seats at the middle of the arena, ended up in the corner due to non-legit distribution of tickets. First time experience dealing with a dude from the block asking us to come inside to hand us the tickets. (meaning: let’s get out of sight from anyone who can see these non-legit transactions). Received strict instructions on what to do when we arrived to the arena as well as leaving. The whole thing wasn’t serious.
Regardless of this overpaying, non-legal, non-trustworthy bs - the game was excellent! Haha
