First time in store visit
As a first time visitor to the store at Battersea today I couldn’t have been happier. Was great to see the products in person and the quality is beyond compare.
The store ambassador was friendly and very helpful and had great customer service.
Now can you please open a store in Scotland 😏

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's good to hear that the quality and delivery hit the mark.
We know ThruDark isn’t positioned as budget kit. We build hard-wearing equipment with premium materials, technical construction and longevity in mind - the aim being to buy once and use it for years, rather than replace cheaper kit repeatedly.
We appreciate that makes it a considered purchase, and we’ll keep pushing to make sure the quality earns the price tag.

Great Quality
Product was pricey but of great quality and fit so I'm ok with the experience. Plus the TD team honored military service was great.
