Clare cooper - director of shared ownership operations - thriving investments- responded to our 2nd stage complaints today- she took our compensation away and didn’t uphold our complaint, she lied several times, this lady’s pride was hurt because it’s her job to deal with complaints, she’s a horrible lady, deliberately jeopardising resolution to our complaint, she’s doesn’t listen to anything you say, she fraudulently let Chartway handover a house that wasn’t built properly, tons of issues in new build houses. They haven’t a clue how build or how to resolve a complaint

RESI HOMES AND THRIVING INVESTMENTS, CLAIRE COOPER/SHARED OWNERSHIP DIRECTOR, I TOLD HER THAT HER ORGANISATION SOLD US A DEFECTIVE PROPERTY AND SHE DID NOT DO ANYTHING, THIS LADY CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE A DIRECTOR, THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY SHE GOT GER JOB AND THAT IS NOT BY HER COMPETENCE
