I booked a month in advance

I booked a month in advance. Received multiple emails and texts confirming the reservation. Upon arrival and waiting in a line for an hour and a half, I can't get the 7 person car I reserved. Then had to cancel and "rebook" on the spot and ended up paying double what I paid for a 5 passenger car, that's right. I had to take 2 trips to the airport, my son's graduation at bootcamp, etc as we had 7 people in our party. It was a NIGHTMARE I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
