I had a truly fantastic experience at the Three store in Taunton yesterday, all thanks to Caitlin.
I had been offered a great deal online but ran into issues getting the promo code to work. I rang the Taunton store to see if they had the phone in stock, and they couldn't have been more helpful—they reserved the handset for me right then and there and held it until I could make it into the shop.
Once I arrived, Caitlin took over and was absolutely brilliant. Not only did she successfully get me the exact online deal I wanted, but she also sorted out my new airtime plan and some fantastic extra goodies to go with it.
From start to finish, Caitlin was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly welcoming. She turned a frustrating online tech glitch into a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience. The whole Taunton team was great, but Caitlin went above and beyond. She is a massive credit to Three—if you visit this store, definitely ask for her!

We walked in to the Taunton showroom…
We walked in to the Taunton showroom and met Hannah who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with intention of coming back the following Wednesday when I had found out when my contract expires. Again she was extremely helpful and made us feel not only welcome but important to 3. So we agreed to change from cuckoo and looking forward tomorrow when it goes online.

I currently been to Exeter Vodafone and they weren’t very helpful, come to three in Taunton and Hannah was fabulous looked at all the options to upgrade my phone and got the best deal! I would defo recommend coming here all the staff is friendly and was greeted by a nice member of staff and very quickly.
