Absolutely outstanding customer service!
I visited the store after having quite a stressful time trying to arrange internet for a block of flats. I originally went in simply to collect the equipment I needed, but the team took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me set up a business account instead — which ended up saving me a significant amount of money.
Dean was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and the whole management team couldn't have been more helpful. They were attentive, knowledgeable, true to their word and genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me. Everything was sorted within about an hour — no unnecessary hassle, no going backwards and forwards, just brilliant service.
It's been a long time since I've walked into a store and received customer service this good. I left with everything I needed, a new business account and a much better solution than I'd originally expected.
I honestly can't recommend the team highly enough. 100% fantastic customer service, and I'll definitely be returning for my future business needs.
Thank you so much to Dean and the entire team — it genuinely meant a lot!
