Hayley who served us was incredibly friendly, helpful and talked to us about the phones we had been looking at, and guided us to one that was most suitable, then gave us a range of pricing options to allow us to choose the best option for us. A very enjoyable transaction, and a credit to Three!

An exemplar visist
Came in to sort out the first phone contract I've had in my name. The man who served me, David, was thoroughly helpful and talked me through not just the offer that had caught my eye when browsing online, but the other options that might have been suited to me too. It was clear that he was trying to cater to my needs and provide me with the best deal for me.
As far as I'm considered, it was exactly what you would want from a trip to such a store.

Hayley saved the day!
I left my phone abroad so was a bit upset when I came into the store. Hayley looked after me, sorted me out with a new phone no problem and cheered me right up in the process. I'd give her 100 stars if I could, total hero.
