Exceptional service!
Went there yesterday just to briefly enquire about upgrading my current data plan and what my options were. It was a nice and mellow atmosphere and the staff on site were easy-going and friendly - and on that mention, I'd like to give a bit of appreciation to a staff member by the name of Reisse who was exceptionally patient, informative and helpful in assisting me with my enquiries during my short time there. Could immediately tell he takes his customers very seriously. Arndale is an excellent branch and would highly recommend.

I have stayed with three for the last 4 years, it has quite a straightforward system regarding my data and any issues I have faced were effectively resolved. One particular character is Nilza in Arndale, who helped out alot in a bill issue. I was gonna ruin my credit score if it wasn’t to her. The customer service is top notch, if they’re all like her.
