Shahed made me feel easy and very comfortable and helped me to choose the best plan as I originally went for a slower speed mobile broadband, for £2 more I was able to collect a better deal and am very pleased with the service provided.
The only issues that made me feel uneasy is the assistant manager was very rude to Shahed while I was with him on multiple occasions and this made me feel very uneasy and sad for the poor guy.
Hopefully this gets addressed soon.
