Shahed was very calm and understanding, sorted everything out for me sharpish without any issues, new SIM, and significantly better contract, after my actual requirements became clear. Faultless, quick, easy experience.

Shahed made me feel easy and very comfortable and helped me to choose the best plan as I originally went for a slower speed mobile broadband, for £2 more I was able to collect a better deal and am very pleased with the service provided.
The only issues that made me feel uneasy is the assistant manager was very rude to Shahed while I was with him on multiple occasions and this made me feel very uneasy and sad for the poor guy.
Hopefully this gets addressed soon.
