Very disappointing experience at the Three UK store in Colchester.
The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. I was given information about the contract price that did not match what I was later told, leaving me feeling misled.
The staff member who dealt with me, Keiran, came across as arrogant and showed very little interest in helping to resolve my concerns. Throughout the conversation he repeatedly called me "buddy." I politely asked him more than once to stop addressing me that way, but he ignored my request and continued. I found this disrespectful and unprofessional.
Customers deserve to be listened to and treated with respect, especially when they raise concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left the store feeling frustrated and with no confidence in the level of customer service provided.
I hope Three takes customer feedback seriously and improves both staff training and customer care at this branch.

After software updates , have had lots of trouble. Losing faith in my mobile, I decided to pop into the Colchester store.
I was welcomed by an advisor Sean.
He was wonderful discussing my problem. He advised I could trade my phone allowing me to pay up my contract.
This was terrific. I could have anew phone
Sean was very efficient and the process was seamless
I truly believe in customer service and value it.
I highly recommend three and particularly their staff.
