Merchant unresponsive, never shipped goods

Unable to contact the merchant through website, email, or phone. After my order was not fulfilled for 11 days, with no contact from Thread Traders, I filled a dispute with my credit card company. After they were contacted by Bank of America, Thread Traders called me and said they would ship the next day, so I canceled the dispute with BofA and the temporary credit was removed. Despite this, they gave me an ultimatum to place a second order (while they still had my funds) or they would disassemble my original order. It has been a nightmare getting my nearly $500 back from this company and I have nothing to show for it.
