The most expensive item I ordered on my last order did not fit me as expected. I contacted the customer service and they sent me out a new version in a different size free of charge. They were courteous and responsive; I started corresponding with a human less than 24 hours after I sent my first message.

Threadless is such an awesome site to begin with BUT when I ordered 2 shirts and they came a bit snug, threadless kindly replaced them free of charge! That was so considerate and unnecessary and I really appreciated it as a customer.

I hate to write this, as I genuinely love the designs, and the service has always been excellent. BUT, something has changed in the way they make their prints… I had a dozen of their tees already, over a decade old, and the designs on those have only faded a little; in fact, the fabric wore away on some of them before the designs did! My latest batch, however, didn’t last more than a couple of washes before the designs started to come away in chunks. I always wash my shirts gently on the coldest water setting, but even then the moment these designs got wet they would become weirdly tacky to the touch, and come away from the fabric if anything even brushed against them. Very disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again.

I wrote Threadless about it, they answered right away, explained that there are different styles, and promised to send a Medium one free of charge.

I love Threadless, and honestly, there are very few brands that I can say that about. They have great and ever changing designs. They have fantastic quality shirts if you don’t mind spending a bit more for them. The customer service is also pretty outstanding. My only gripe is that they search feature in their site ain’t the greatest. A workaround is to search via google and then enter their site at the right point.

My experience was amazing.I had ordered a size that was too small and I asked if I could get a different style since they didn't have any bigger sizes for that style and they gave me no problems whatsoever.Smoothest customer service I have ever received I will definetly be ordering from them again 😀

This company was great years ago. Now it's awful. Strange random sizing, poor quality shirts, misaligned prints. Really sad.

I ordered several shirts and two of them were too big for me. I emailed inquiring about exchanging for a smaller size, and they promptly shipped me the correct size at no charge! And I love the quality of the shirts and the unique designs. Customer for life!

Got 3 products originally, which came quickly and hassle-free. When I went to exchange one of them for a larger size, my email support ticket was answered inside of an hour, and they offered to send me a larger one free of charge. Really went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect them to do, and they definitely secured my business in the future :)

Love the designs and the customer service is some of the best people I've had help me! I am a return customer and have bought from Threadless multiple times before, and all the items always have great quality and a huge variety of styles you can get the designs on. I get so many compliments and especially on the masks they came out with!

This company is awesome! The designs are great and the shirts and hoodie are of great quality. When a hoodie for my bf’s son shrunk, they sent me a replacement right away. The exchange was easy and this is definitely a company I will go to first when looking for more tops. Thank you!

I've been using Threadless for years for clothes, blankets, houseware, decor. Always great quality products and beautiful art that lasts wear and tear.
Recently I had a problem with a package being delivered, I contacted them about it via email and they got back to me promptly and provided great customer service. They re-sent my order using a different delivery service in case that was the issue, and offered a credit for inconvenience. Great customer service, and great products. 10/10

I bought a shirt that didn't fit. Life became lifey and I only got around to trying to return it 40 days after the 60-day return policy. I emailed, because why not. And they offered to do a one-off return and even to keep the ill-fitting shirt asking me to donate it if I wasn't going to wear it.

Was unexpected.
