What a shambles of a company

What a shambles of a company, time after time when I request a withdrawal I’m asked to submit further documents, my account has been verified several times over the last few weeks. Then when I try to make another withdrawal it all starts again
They don’t answer emails, don’t explain why documents that have been previously agreed are rejected, my latest issue is to do with PayPal, I have one card linked and they keep rejecting a photo of the card linked to it.
To top it off they then reverse the pending withdrawal encouraging further gambling despite UK rules put in place to stop this
I used to love this site but will be steering clear once they sorted my withdrawal
