Ordered multiple Christmas boxes as presents. Unfortunately one of the boxes had opened in transit. Contacted Customer Support this evening and within a short time Chelsea replied and is sending me a replacement box. Great customer service!

Great quality chocolates ! Have ordered multiple times from Thortons, quick easy & fast purchase/deliverys ! Any time i've had to contsct them about my order (through no fault of their own) they have always been so helpful.

I had problem with my delivery and had to e mail Customer Service. The person who dealt with my delivery was extremely helpful, friendly and kept me informed on progress. She was a delight to correspond with. Excellent service thank you

Although I got sent the wrong order, it was very quickly rectified and a replacement sent straight away. With the very good service, prices and fast delivery, I wouldn't hesitate to buy direct in the future.

I love Thorntons chocolates, have been buying it for myself for over 30 years. Gorgeous confectionery, great deals to be had, I got 15% off & free delivery on my order for cyber Monday deals. Customer service interaction is phenomenal, big thanks to Anissa who helped me so much when my free delivery didn't go through. Delivery is usually quick, my last order took a bit longer than usual but worth the wait. Miss having the shops in the high street.

My order was lost at the royal mail and when I phoned the lady was really nice she replaced my order without any hassle.
Brilliant customer service

My item arrived without the personalisation I had requested but Chelsea handled it in a perfect and effecient way. She resolved my query within 12 hours of me contacting customer care and I was very grateful for the way she dealt with it.

Ordered some bags of chocolate for a birthday during Black Friday when there was 15% off. I also had a discount code for signing up which knocked off the postage. However it was only after I had bought the items the discount hadn’t been taken off - I was in a bit of a rush as the Viennese truffles kept going out of stock! However I contacted the customer care team and Chelsea advised she could refund me the difference. Great service so far (chocolates and refund pending)!

Customer service excellent when there was a mistake on my order .

My order was easy to place and arrived promptly.
There was a minor error in my order when it arrived, I emailed customer service and was helped quickly and efficiently.
The error was rectified immediately and a replacement sent out.

I had to reach out to customer services after an issue with my order. I sent an email and Chelsea replied same day and provided me with all of the information I needed along with a resolution which I was happy with. She was very pleasant and attentive and an asset to Thorntons! Thank so much Chelsea for all of your help!

I love Thorntons chocolate covered special toffee, but more often than not, it is out of stock when I go on the website, so I have to contact Customer Services to find out when it is stock. I had been sent a discount code, but it ran out before the toffee boxes I wanted were back in stock.
A lovely lady called Chelsea, not only told me when they would be back in stock, but sorted my order so that I got the discount offer I was originally emailed.
Her personal customer service deserves 5 stars. She was so helpful & efficient and my order was placed & paid for easily. Thank you Chelsea.

Had problems with my order being cancelled rang customer service 3 times on 4th call I made i spoke to Chelsea who I must say is very pleasant she sorted out the issue and said she has sent out my order awaiting delivery but I must say Chelsea is very professional and a pleasure to deal with an asset to the company
