I was given Sarah Hancocks name by Thorneycroft Solicitors to act on my behalf in my industrial accident at work,she was most professional in her approach she made me at ease from taking over my case told me what was going on and explained anything I had a problem with.i can only speak highly off her .so I would recommend her to anyone seeking a solicitor who listens and works on your behalf.

I would highly recommend thorneycroft solicitors. I was always kept informed and updated on my case. My solicitor, Mr Pembleton was great throughout and cannot thank him enough for his hard work and resolution in my case.

Your basically led into a scam.

They even have a way of getting around the fact they approached you, they say a third party company approach you! It’s all loop holes. Greedy law firm leaving there clients to foot the bill. If your trading this do some research but sadly you only tend to look once you’ve had a bad experience.

I just want to write about my current experience, in 2019 I was in an accident and thorneycroft approached me and offered me a NO WIN, NO FEE SERVICE. Don’t ask me why it has took nearly 5 years to resolve this but after lots of back and fourth the third party accepted fault. 1 week before before the court hearing, they told me they are looking to settle compensation in my favour, HOWEVER 1
Day later after receiving a defence report they have backed out of my claim and decided not to proceed with a trial! They now want me to pay for the court FEES and also decided I now owe them over £6000 for the 5 years of work they have put into the case! Purely blaming me as the client for there incompetence!!!

All in all, if you want to waste 5 years of your life waiting around and end up with over £6,000 debt this is the company you need!

If you want to achieve what they propose in there sales pitch, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Rude and belittling service also. It’s scary how the tables turned from me being a valuable client to me now owing them money. They won’t get a penny from myself but it was additional stress I really didn’t want to deal with.

I do not recommend this company and I hope this stops at least one person falling for this shoddy outfit of company.
