Grace and her team handled the conveyancing of the sale of my tenanted property with patience and sympathy, I would definitely use them again.

William Pembleton was the one responsible for my case in the final stages and its eventual conclusion, of which I couldn’t be happier. Never had any issue with communication and the end result actually surpassed our expectations. Both Chis Hughes and Tina Rowlands ensured the sale and purchase of our properties went through as quickly and as smoothly as was possible. Both of them kept in constant touch to ensure we knew where everything was up to and if we had questions I only had to pick up the phone or email and they would answer or ring back straight away. This "keeping in touch"went a long way to reducing the inevitable stress buying and selling a house incurs and we are both very grateful to them.

I have recently settled a workplace injury claim that lasted over 18 months, and I am incredibly pleased with the final result.

While my case was initially handled by Hayley Gibson, William Pembleton took over the file in December, and his service was nothing short of incredible. Dealing with a long-term injury claim can be stressful, but William’s proactive approach made all the difference. He consistently chased for updates without me ever needing to prompt him, and he successfully negotiated away several "lowball" settlement offers that were far below what I deserved.

The communication was the best I have ever experienced from a professional service. William would almost always reply within the hour, and frequently within 15 minutes.

Thorneycroft managed our case of securing compensation, based upon medical neglect from the local nursing authorities and hospital, which we believed contributed to the premature death of my mother. Alistair was excellent in providing updates and bringing the case to resolution. Hayley was also good but I did need to chase her on occasion. Overall a good experience given the circumstances.
