Great service & product

Website really easy to use. Fairly good delivery time, considering my order was arriving from Germany. Only took 5 days from the day of ordering! Ring is beautiful, so delicate & pretty. Good value for money too, even though i purchased from the outlet. So happy with my ring, delivery & ordering.

Poor value for money

To start, I never received a confirmation of my order. When the item did arrive it was of a poor quality for the money paid.
The actual cost of materials and manufacturing would have been a tiny percentage of the total cost. The packaging would have cost more than the item. Terrible value for money!
I have initiated a return at my cost.

I bought a lovely Haribo necklace…

I bought a lovely silver necklace (Haribo) for my wife after seeing that a friend had bought one. The quality is fine and the design is great. The shipping was swift, free post is always a bonus. I paid 1 euro extra for a gift bag and found the bag and extra's, along with the overall packaging, to be super quality. 5***** easily.

Another terrible overpriced jewellery…

Another terrible overpriced jewellery company equally as bad as Pandora. Their items tarnish without use in days and months. I purchased many items from Thomas Sabo which tarnished beyond recognition and without use at all in days. The engraving badly tarnishes as well a perfect way to throw away hard earned money. Items purchased from Shein are much better in quality and higher in value for money as compared to disgraceful Thomas Sabo and Pandora.

Unfortunately, tarnishing is a natural process for any Sterling silver jewellery over time with wear and storage. Items are best looked-after by regular cleaning with a polishing cloth, particularly if not worn often as stagnant gases such as sulphur can build up within storage, reacting with the contents of the silver.

With wear, other influences such as cosmetics, salt secreted from the skin and use in water can also influence tarnishing, therefore even with or without wear, it is advisable to use a silver polishing cloth every now and then to rid your jewellery of any irritants to the metal and keep this as shiny as possible.

We provide a full range of hints and tips directly on our website for the care, cleaning and storage of our jewellery. Our TS run stores also offer a cleaning service where any tarnished jewellery can be cleaned and restored to its best possible condition.

Shoddy goods

Honestly, such a disappointing review to have to leave, I love the designs Thomas sabo offer, but the quality of their items is absolutely rubbish.
I’ve had to have one ring repaired, the same necklace repaired twice and a pair of earrings I was gifted last week have arrived broken.
The ring was a spinning design and literally fell apart on my finger I’d had it a month and wore it a few times.
The necklace snapped twice once after a couple weeks of wearing and then again a year later.
One of the earrings won’t clasp shut, never worn.
For the price you pay, which is extortionate, you want a piece of jewellery that’s going to last more than a month. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you’re not under warranty then you have to pay out for a repair, I have worked in another jewellery store where repairs are free regardless of how long you’ve owned the jewellery, and when you do need a repair, instead of replacing the dodgy jewellery like most stores will, they insist on sending it off to Germany and then you have to come back to store to pick it up when it’s ready about 3 weeks later.
All just a massive faff and waste of time and money.
Put me off massively, I’ll be looking for an alternate company to shop with and would advise others to do so too.
