We finally received out chair over 4 months after we ordered it! We were quoted 8- 10 weeks but it took 16!! Our delivery was re-scheduled 6 times, either the day before or on the day which completely disrupted the time I had take out from my work schedules and then had to re-arrange at the last minute. We were given all different reasons for the delays and when I expressed my disappointment given we had just spent £1000 on a chair, I just received a sorry and a £30 refund. Would not buy from Thomas Lloyd again or advise to others. All round poor service

Very very pleased with our new sofa from the aspen range. It’s lovely and seems to be excellent quality. Thanks to the two delivery men too who managed to get it in through my tiny hallway and sorted out legs and door handle for me. Great service thanks everyone

Ordered sofas , delivery drivers refused to attempt to get the sofas in the house saying that it wouldn't fit .a week later after paying a glacier to remove the window the new delivery men got the sofas in easily ! The attitude on the delivery phone lady was abrupt and rude .

Ordered our new sofas with this company on the recommendation of a family member. We live in Newcastle so we couldn’t see the sofas in the showroom before and we thought long and hard about buying them online without trying them first. They arrived last night and we were really impressed. They appear very well made and are absolutely beautiful. We are really happy with our purchase and the level of customer service that we have experienced throughout. The delivery guys were lovely and really cheerful despite us being the last delivery of what would have probably been a very long day for them. We had looked at all the usual places before buying our sofas but we couldn’t find anything that matched the quality of Thomas Lloyd sofas for the price. We are so pleased that we bought from them. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!

I had Two settees from this company ,they had to be twelve years old ,we sold the cottage and left them for the new people ,and they are still using them.They where the best sofas we ever bought ,and I am on the move again,looking to buy two more sofas for my new home,wouldn’t go or look any where else.

I ordered a chair and a cushion just before lockdown. Thomas Lloyd's kept me fully informed about their production restart plans, gave me a (fully accurate) date for production of my chair which was delivered almost to the minute on the advised date.

We have today received our shiny new suite from Thomas Lloyd. We purchased our old suite from Thomas Lloyd in the year 2000 and yesterday donated it to a charity as there was still some years left in it, it was sad to see it go as it has been part of many of my families memories!.
Thank you for the new one, Thomas Lloyd are still producing suites of great quality and I'm sure it will last as long as it's predecessor! We have checked it over and it is 100% perfect. It is rare today to still find such craftsmanship and was well worth the long journey to select from their extensive choice. Well worth a visit.

I recently purchased two sofas from TLl Treorchy. The impeccable service, attention to detail and overall customer care were outstanding.

I can’t praise this company enough. I have previously owned sofas from this company and I should have just stayed with them. It’s a long story! But I took delivery of my new suite this evening. brilliant quality, classy, comfortable and an efficient service with lovely staff. Don’t look any further. You will get great value for money. And you won’t be disappointed.

Staff are very helpful and will be going back when ready to purchase shortly. Interested in the Chesterfield range and had questions regarding higher backed versions of the sofas. Sofa's are fantastic quality, very impressed by build and design and some nice leather choices.
