I purchased over £2k worth of furniture…

I purchased over £2k worth of furniture some 6 months ago. All was fine until a bolt sheered on the mechanism of the Ekornes chair. We emailed the Hearn and seemed concerned but then it stalled. Ekornes were a good reactive company years ago - we bought 3 lots of their furniture over the past 40 years . But since they were taken over they are no longer interested in customer service, only referring us to Hearn.
After 3 months I emailed them again but got no reply. This leaves us with the only option to give this tomorrow my solicitor.
