I would never buy from this company…
I would never buy from this company again. The toilet doesn’t flush properly and the towel rail doesn’t heat up fully. The customer service is awful, they just want to charge you more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went all out and bought Thomas Crapper cloakroom sink, toilet, old fashioned pull handle cistern. Very very expensive and you know you're just paying for the name. The mahogany toilet seat alone was £480.
So what's the problem? Well after 2 weeks use the toilet seat developed divets in it and the blue paint started coming off. Complained to the supplier and the response was that we shouldn't have sat on the toilet lid. Clearly too much to expect a nearly £500 seat to be fit for purpose. Very poor service and quality. I just hope the other £5000 worth of stuff lasts longer!
Thankfully the builder agreed with me and generously offered the cover the cost of a new seat.
I ordered a cabinet which is very well made and made in the UK. Even better, I got it on clearance at an amazing price. They forgot to include the handle which was send the following day first class delivery all professional communication etc.
My only issue is the delivery. Communication around it was excellent and you're well informed of the time but it came on a massive palette which is 2.5x the volume of the actual cabinet. I'm now stuck trying to dispose of it as the council won't take it, I don't have a car to get it to the dump and it will never fit in the bin unless I get a saw and cut it up which will take all day.
If you are going to buy from them (and quality-wise I'd recommend you do) maybe insist in advance they send it without a huge palette.
I couldn't be happier with the after sales care I've received from Thomas Crapper - courtesy of Tracy, their excellent office manager.
Several months after buying a product, when it came to fitting, we realised we had lost a small but important part.
Tracy sorted it out in a matter of hours - no quibbles, no fuss, even though it was a result of my mistake.
I'm delighted with the product, and with the service from Thomas Crapper and Tracy.
Thank you
Excellent service by the office manager Tracy. Very prompt response in these trying times - no doubt Tracy was covering for her colleagues.
The spare part arrived in the post in 2 days.
The 5 year old lavatory still works perfectly and inevitably produces admiring comments.
