Totally unprofessional service
I hired them to do a moving on 29/06. On 28/06 at 14:30 they called me canceling the service. Rescheduled to next Wednesday and we agreed to a “handyman service” as compensation for the last minute cancellation. They came with a truck that did not fit all my stuff in it. When they finished the moving I checked my office desk (that they disassembled and reassembled) and notify them that engine to lift the table up/down was not working. They said they would fix it on 09/06 when they would bring the rest of my furniture that didn’t fit the truck. We agreed on 09/06 on the afternoon, but at 8am I get a call from an angry employee that he is at my old house to pick up the remaining furniture and no one was there. My husband drop his work to meet them there. When they arrive at my new house, the “handyman” says he cannot install the lamps I need because he’s not allowed to drill the wall, so no service was done. They disassembled the office desk to fix it and tell me that there is a piece of the engine missing. And now they are implying that I’m lying about the table because “it was working when they assembled it the first time”
I’m calling them almost every day and they keep saying that still need to check what happened and it’s been almost 3 weeks with NO solution, compensation or whatever. Once you pay them, they don’t care at all.
