I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Frost and Third Republic in my most recent job search and cannot speak highly enough of their ability to identify the right fit for my career. Daniel was attentive to detail when understanding the qualities I was looking for in a position and presented numerous options that met my criteria. Danny Tipple has been superb at finding the right talent for my team. I can honestly say that every single CV that came my way from Danny fit the profile, both technically and culturally. We did hit a few bumps along the way with counter offers, which at times made the hiring process frustrating, but again, Danny kept me motivated throughout the process and he kept talking to more candidates until we found the right person. I can genuinely say that Danny made the experience so much easier and I will be looking forward to my collaboration with Third Republic in the future.

Cara Davis has been the absolute model of a professional champion for me. She has taken the necessary time to understand my personal values and how they translate to my career goals and job search. You have to love it when you know someone is putting in the hustle that Cara does but they still make you feel like their only priority.

The whole interaction was straight-forward and no time wasted, Richard gave me details about the client and the work culture at the client company, sent me a job description and then setup the call.

I would recommend them to everyone and I'll make sure to work with them again in the future.

I was approached by Marie Gallagher about a position and the information was packaged in such a way that I found the position interesting.
I felt well looked after because Marie was always informed about everything. And also asked on the days of the various interviews how it went, whether everything fitted. She always gave me immediate feedback and informed me about the next steps.

Be careful!

If the contract between Third Republic (UK) and the Client is terminated FOR ANY REASON, Third Republic pays you nothing.

If the Client does not pay Third Republic, Third Republic pays you nothing.

If you want to terminate the contract with Third Republic, they require 30 days’ prior written notice from you.

The conflict: The contract says both parties have to give 30 days' prior written notice. Third Republic avoid giving notice by saying the Client can terminate at will.

They just ignore one's demand to stop contacting.

I can't remember registering with these guys but I keep on receiving emails and calls constantly from them. They call every few months and I always demand to stop calling me and delete my data, they confirm that they'll delete me data however the different agent calls me back in few months time.

The same story with emails.

Very annoying and won't cooperate with these guys in the future

They sent me unsolicited emails to my personal address about some or other event they're organizing. It sounds more like they wanted me to attend in my role as a hiring manager so why they didn't engage through my work email or LinkedIn is beyond me. I never give permission to companies to send me updates and I can't remember working with these guys. I can't find them in my inbox so I'm guessing they got my email address from some other site.

I met Cara Davis at a networking event at Third Republic and I was just getting into the Salesforce ecosystem. She helped me land my first job as a consultant without Salesforce certifications or experience! Since then, Cara would call or message me just to see how I am doing. I would highly recommend working with Cara - she is professional, very hard working and understands her candidates and what they are looking for.

The experience with Mike from Third Republic was different from any other recruiter I have worked with. Most recruiters try to submit as many applicants as they can, hoping something will stick. Mike worked on matching me to the right company. Each step he was calling me to ensure I was ready for the next interview and the next step. When the job offer came Mike called me to celebrate. My success is important to him. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Salesforce development position.
