I worked primarily with Adam Bose, and he was very attentive and easy to work with. This was my first time working with a recruiter as a job seeker, and I would highly recommend Adam & Third Republic.

From the start of my work with Third Republic, Steve has been nothing but nice, transparent, helpful, and courteous. Unlike other agencies, Steve follows through and makes sure that candidates have the best experience possible. As somebody who has been in discussions with other agencies, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a night and day difference in the quality, professionalism and overall experience that Steve and his team at Third Republic provides. Guy I talked to asked me for information I refused to give, instead of taking the no and moving on kept pushing and pushing.

I have been approached by their consultant Amie Campbell in last 6 months many times i.e. 3 , first time for a leaders round table and after getting time slot, never called me. I never commented on that, second time for CTO position, again a repeat telecast and third time for a position and failed to show up on time. This was enough to trigger me and I pointed to her to respect peoples time and its unprofessional to do it repeatedly. I also wasn't convinced with answers when I raised this feedback with their consultant.

I've worked with many recruiters in my career, and the only way I can describe Chris Tuosto at Third Republic is world class. He took the time to get to know me, my background and the values I bring to the table, and was able to find a near perfect alignment for what I was looking for. During my search, I didn't feel like I had a recruiter tossing random opportunities at me...it was more like I had a partner in my process who looked out for my best interests at every turn. I can't recommend Chris highly enough.

Jess Callaghan reached pur to me via LinkedIn. Sie offered me two very interesting positions and helped me to two very good contracts.
There was always a very honest, fast and good conversation. My needs were 100% satisfyed.

The only reason why I didn‘t sign one of those contracts was that I got a third offer of another Recruiter with better conditions.
