Been using Chris and the team at Third Republic this past year for some of our recruitment needs. Great candidates backed up by a great professional service!

I've worked with Chris Harvey at Third Republic for a year and half now, we've worked with several clients together providing them with right resources and expertise specifically with their data. A company's representative contacted me by phone and by e-mail without consent. Never heard of GDPR and sassy answers inclusive. A company I would definitely avoid.

Where's the option to give more than 5 stars?

I was very impressed with the service / expertise provided by Third Republic. From the beginning when Dylan first contacted me about a role that matched my profile perfectly I knew that I was working with a good company.

Dylan asked only relevant questions, listened to my answers and never once did I have to repeat anything I'd already told him or tell him something that was contained in my profile. Something a lot of other recruitment companies I've dealt with during this process could learn from.

I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process and never felt that I'd been left in the dark or wondering if I was still "in the running" for a position.

While the role I ultimately secured was not through Third Republic, this was not at the fault of anything done by them. It was simply a change in circumstances that came as a result of this current new world we all find ourselves in.

When the time comes in the future to be looking for my next challenge Dylan and Third Republic will be the first, and maybe only, person/company I will be getting in touch with.

I have been with Third Republic for nearly 5 years and have found the service has really improved over the years. I have found them to be very supportive and flexible in their negotiations - due to this flexibility I was able to stay within my contract for a further year!

If I were to shout out anyone it would be 'Rich', he has been very professional and follows though on things that are needed to be done, and he does all this will such a friendly approachable attitude. 5 stars from me!

I had an incredible experience working with Harrison throughout this process. This was the first time, in a while, that i had been looking for a new position and Harrison made the whole process a breeze. He gave me advice on how to update my resume to highlight my past experiences to make me a more attractive candidate, coached me throughout the interview process, found positions that i was very interested in and that I would excel in. Looking forward to continuing to work with him in the future

Overall I had a good experience working with Harrison at Third Republic. I believe he did have a good understand of the DevOps space and role as well as the current market. After a number of interviews, I had settled on a specific company and Harrison helped though the whole process. Originally I did feel they were being a little too pushy with getting me to accept the offer, and with Covid19 hitting us right in the middle of my interviews, I wasnt sure about switching jobs at this time. However, Harrison convinced me to continue my interview process and put me in touch with the company so I could learn more about it. Ultimately I decided that it was the right time for me to switch roles despite the pandemic. I'd recommend them and hopefully down the line in the future we can work together again.

I had a very good experience with TR. I spoke to Jack G who was very instrumental in my job search. He presented me with the opportunities which matched my skillset and never tried to sell me a job which was not to my comfort. He also kept up updated on the progress of the applications right down to the feedback received from each step. Overall very much satisfied with working with Jack and TR in general.

Got into contact with Jonathan at Third Republic and he was very helpful in setting up the interviews and keeping me up to date throughout the whole recruitment process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next role.

I have worked with Third Republic over a few years throughout my Salesforce career and as a recruitment company they really are in a different league. Most recently working with Chris Harvey to help us recruit an incredible team of Salesforce professionals for a major project, he has gone above and beyond and has been key in helping make a success of the project.

I have been working with Chris Harvey from Third Republic for a while now and have always been refreshed by his style as a recruiter. In our industry, recruiters can sometimes get a bad reputation however I see none of this from Chris and his colleagues. Chris and other members of his team do a lot for the Salesforce Community, often hosting and speaking at events and publishing thought leadership blogs from invited speakers. Never trying to 'hard sell' the business and they take a genuine interest in these and wider community.
Despite being on the contract side of the business and with no personal gain from working with me (I have only hired perm people), Chris has helped me navigate his organisation and ensured I have the right people on my roles and always ensuring I'm getting the support I need. I've hired a number of people through Third Republic, Mani, Daniel and Hugh all usually providing good candidates and, when needed, accepting my feedback to adjust the scope fo their search.
