Luxury at the beach
The house we stayed in was so luxurious and comfortable. Location couldn't have been better. The check-in and check-out was seamless.

Woodland retreat
The home is in a lovely, peaceful setting. The host has provided many amenities above and beyond for a comfortable stay.

Several major issues:
Several major issues:
1)No passenger elevator for a third floor unit requiring 53 steps up a dark and rickety staircase. I had just been released from the hospital so this was a major problem for me.
2)No clothes dryer in the unit which caused great inconvenience as we had to lay out our wet clothes which remained very wrinkled.
3) Overall shabby upkeep on the
property with broken bottles scattered by the building front door, stained and worn carpet through out, missing light bulbs in the stairwell, and peeling paint on the building.
4) Inside the unit there were dog toys and dog blankets covering the furniture; personal items out (including a pornographic book on the coffee table);and used toiletries in the bathrooms.
We chose this location based on the listing that showed elevator access, and a washer and dryer.
Overall, we were very disappointed and surprised that this property met your standards for the Third Home property and we want a refund of the amount we paid.
We had also booked a Third Home for the holidays and if this is what to expect then we want to cancel that reservation.

I was expecting more from the home
I was expecting more from the home. Moldy pillows, broken drawers, lots of things that didn't work including empty propane tanks for the gas grills that were on us to fill but not disclosed until that night we were there. The property was beautiful and the location was great but I'd hesitate to use Third Homes again.

Priest Lake - Third Home - Spectacular
This was our first time using Third Home and we chose to spend our time in Coolin, Idaho on the shores of Priest Lake. The week we spent there was peaceful, fun, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind.
The homeowner (Amy) was great with communication and our stay from beginning to end was flawless. We were blessed to be able to stay in their home. Everything was top-notch! The weather was perfect and a relief from the Arizona heat! Hiking, reading, and enjoying the company of friends was a great experience.
Amy was very responsive on the questions that I had prior to our arrival and quick to respond to the couple of questions I had once we were there. After two days, we were already thinking about the possibility of staying here again, if available.
They had many amenities that made the week very comfortable. I can’t say enough about our positive experience. They even checked in during the week to make sure everything was to our liking .
I would like to send a huge “Thank You” to Amy and her family for allowing us to stay at their lovely home!

Our experience at the PGA west home was…
Our experience at the PGA west home was wonderful. Unfortunately, our stay was for a funeral (not vacation) The owners were so warm and welcoming. We were able to get our people on the list to come visit, being we had a lot of out of towners, without any problems. The house was so peaceful (exactly what we needed) clean, bright and the location was so quiet. The pool in the front was inviting and relaxing. My family couldn’t have asked for anything more on such hard days. We greatly appreciate this beautiful house.

Very nice Truckee/Lake Tahoe place!
The home is really nice and accommodating to a group like our who had 7 people. Pleanty of room, beds, bathrooms. We really liked the main floor and especially the fireplace (there are 2-3 of them) in the main room. Great location, plenty of walk options, golf. Easy access to the lake and Truckee.

Thankfully a Keyless stay
Thankfully a Keyless stay. Nothing except the setting was what we had expected. No attention to details in cleanliness (windows, shower grout, pot lid (so disgusting), cabinets. Outside so messy and old septic system parts left laying right out the front windows. Not inviting at all.

This was our first experience with ThirdHome. Everything went according to plan. We had a few hiccoups in using the condo, but our host sorted them out quickly and efficiently. The location of the condo was excellent and the unit was cozy and everything we expected. We were happy with the experience.

A most unusual and interesting property…
A most unusual and interesting property in an amazing location. We were extremely comfortable and well catered for in every aspect. Unfortunately for us the weather could have been better, however there was no shortage of raincoats and welly boots supplied. A good time was had by all 🙂
