Negligent, Incompetent, Rip-off

Think Visa is negligent, incompetent, and a rip-off. They appeared professional until payment was made, but their performance quickly revealed otherwise.

- Data Entry Errors: Repeated mistakes throughout the process, including misspelling my name on the EOI and incorrect dates despite me providing accurate information. While they did share screenshots before submission, the sheer volume of errors showed a lack of care and competence.
- Faulty ACS Confirmation Letter: Think Visa told me my ACS confirmation was “successful.” Six months later, I discovered the letter wrongly stated I had zero years of Australian work experience. This was most likely due to a data entry mistake on their part. But even if the error originated with ACS, Think Visa failed to properly validate the letter before declaring success. Either way, they neglected their responsibility, and the result was six wasted months with no progress on my application.
- Refusal to Refund Despite Contract Terms: After repeated failures, I terminated their services. At that point, the process was not even halfway complete, and according to their own written contract, I should have received at least a partial refund for unfinished work. Instead, they fabricated numbers, claiming the entire fee had already been “used.” This was simply untrue — not even half of the work had been done — and I received nothing back.

Every stage of my application was mishandled, costing me time and money. Think Visa is not trustworthy. Avoid them if you value your future.

Reply from Think Visa

Dear Reuben,

We appreciate your feedback and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Think Visa, we are committed to providing professional and thorough immigration services, and we take all concerns seriously.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your case:

Data Entry & Verification: We acknowledge that accuracy is crucial, which is why we provided multiple opportunities for you to review and confirm your details before submission. While we strive for perfection, our verification process is in place to ensure any errors are caught before they impact your application.

ACS Confirmation Letter: The assessment outcome is determined by the Australian Computer Society (ACS), an independent authority. While we assist with submissions, we do not have control over their decisions. We understand your frustration, but the error was not within our scope of work.

Refund & Service Agreement: As per our service agreement, certain stages of the visa process involve non-refundable components. Our team thoroughly reviewed your case, and our records indicate that the work performed aligns with the fees charged. Your EOI remains active, meaning your pathway to permanent residency is still open.
We strive to maintain transparency and provide quality service to all our clients. While we regret that you were dissatisfied with the outcome, we remain available should you require further assistance.

Best regards,
Think Visa Team
