I strongly do not recommend buying yoga blankets from this company.

The quality of the product was extremely poor — after just one wash (following the care instructions), the blankets started shedding heavily and lost their structure. They essentially became unusable.

The company refused to acknowledge the issue and did not offer any reasonable solution. Communication was unpleasant and not customer-oriented.

You should also be aware of their return policy: the fees and conditions make returns practically not worthwhile, even if the product is defective or does not meet expectations.

In the end, I had to file a dispute with my bank. The case was reviewed and resolved in my favor, and the bank refunded my money.

I would not recommend dealing with this company.

I am outfitting my yoga studio with new props. I bought 30 blankets and 30 bolsters from the Yoga Warehouse, as I was happy with the prices and the color options. The online description is completely misleading. The blankets they sent me are a completely different color than what I thought I was buying, and as they were represented online. Customer service even agreed with me over the phone that the photo doesn't match the actual item. Their website says "30-Day No Hassle No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee" and yet, I am responsible for the cost of shipping back 30 blankets (two extremely heavy boxes) as well as a 20% restocking fee! Completely unacceptable. I'll never shop here again, and I'd warn anyone else against it too.

I run a small business making all cotton items, and when I searched for a bag of cotton, I found 5lbs on this website, and clicked my heels together... imagine receiving, instead, two bags of dryer lint.
I can see that on the return policy you aren't refunded for shipping, which in this case was $10, so if you ask me this website is a scam.

After posting this I initiated a return, and when I spoke to her on the phone she said the photo on the website is old.
As someone who sells items online, I'm sorry but that's no excuse, in this situation, they need to have multiple photos on their website of what you might receive, or should have reached out via email to let me know it was going to be a different item. Also it sounds like I'm going to have to fork out even more money to send this item back, so I'm contacting my local small claims court.

Superb. Fast hassle-free shipping and the yoga blanket is high quality. Better than I expected. They send random colors and mine is perfect. Would buy from them again.

I got the jute yoga mat because I was looking for something that was not using synthetic materials. This mat was very slippery. I tried to return it and was told I could not return it or even exchange it for one that might be better for me.

Ordering and shipping were pretty seamless. The bolster was just what I wanted. But the blankets smell like off-gassing polyester. Several days on a clothes line, and three washes, and the smell is still there. Faint, but not completely gone. I wish now that I’d bought a different product.

I just received my second order, and I am very pleased all around. The quality of the bolsters for the price is unbeatable. They were shipped super fast too. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I purchased a yoga bolster. It is described as following: "The Round Cotton Yoga Bolster from Kakaos Yoga is designed for the yoga studio with firm cushioned comfort support for several yoga poses, but is also perfect for home use. This dense bolster weigh is about 7 lbs and 26” x 10” in size providing optimal support for yoga." The bolster is more like 7"x just shy of 25" and that's a generous measurement. This bolster has no body at all. It is lumpy and when I tried to do a supported supine heart opener using this bolster it flattened (I weigh 120 lbs) and the butt end of bolster just collapsed to such a degree that the pose became a back bend targeting my lower back. When I tried to return it, I was told that it just feels soft because the cover is purposely made loose to allow for shrinkage!! Also told that this company has no control over manufacturing because it is all done in India!! Then I was told about another bolster I might like. I was willing to order this other bolster but wanted the shipping from first order applied to second order. No dice. In fact to return I would have to pay additional shipping while losing the cost of shipping it to me. A total of approximately $30/shipping! I won't be ordering here again. Beware of this company. No quality control and no customer service. I have been practicing and or teaching yoga for over 20 years and this is the most useless prop I've ever tried to use. I will go to upholstery store and try to find some cotton batting to fix this thing but all in all a bad experience.

Ordered a Yoga blanket. It was delivered fast but it smells terrible. I have washed it and had it airing out for 4 days and it still stinks like it spent 6 months in a moldy shipping container.

I ordered 5 Mexican yoga blankets from Yoga Warehouse earlier this week.

Their ad on Google states no sales tax. At checkout, they charged sales tax which is false advertising.

I contacted them directly to alert them to the problem. I sent them a screen print of the advertisement. The first employee that e-mailed me back stated that wasn't showing up on their Google ad; he didn't even bother to look at my screen print. I requested that they remove the sales tax as advertised online and seek a refund from Google for advertising their product incorrectly. I know Google offers refunds for advertising errors because I have discussed this with Google in the past when they have advertised an item incorrectly. I advised them if they didn't honor the advertising that I would need to involve the BBB.

Shortly thereafter, I received an alert from American Express stating I had a refund coming through. It was for the amount of my order. I opened my e-mail to find another e-mail from an employee named Melanie that stated the Google ad was old (it wasn't if they refer to the date on my screen print) and they were not going to honor it. She stated if I wanted to cancel the order to contact them. I never had the chance to contact them. Instead, they proactively canceled my order. What a terrible way to do business. They should have honored the advertising.

Won't ever order items from them again.

I always get my eye pillows here. Great quality, great colors and the option of scented or uunscented. The pillows are the perfect weight, not skimpy or too heavy.

Extremely easy ordering and pricing on product. Great selection of products, many colors and styles. Shipping extremely fast and accurate. Upon inspection product looks well made and durable. Gift items for a home yogi.

Ordered a studio set of yoga blankets for $250 and a few weeks later received a taxes and duties bill from FedEx for $182!!! I did see on the website that it mentioned taxes and duties but I didn't see any mention warning that it could be almost the value of the order itself! Would not have purchased if I knew. Wanted to post this warning for any other Canadians who might place an order with theyogawarehouse.com.

I had an issue with a bolster that I purchased and wanted to return it. I was helped by Melody, I believe is her name. She was very helpful and listened to my reasons for the return and she went out of her way to help me find a solution. I love my bolster and yoga blankets. The colors are beautiful and the bolster not only feels good, it is supportive, and sturdy. I would highly recommend the company and my next purchase will be the bamboo blocks! 💗

Shopping was easy with many desirable options and good product descriptions. Shipping prices were better than other companies.
