My husband was delighted with his watch, it needed adjusting to remove a few links as he has a very small wrist , but he managed to do this easily, he loved the design and the weight of the watch, it was well presented in a beautiful wooden box, and we didn’t have to wait too long for delivery.

I’m really sorry about this. It looks like the link adjustment tool was accidentally missed from the watch box, which is a simple human error on our side, but I completely understand how frustrating that is when you need it to adjust the watch.

Very Poor
Very poor - ordered a watch for my husband and paid extra to get it for our wedding anniversary on the 10th, but the next day received an email to say it had been cancelled as out of stock ! You obviously don't keep track of your inventory particularly well, so now have to wait for my money back and have no time or funds for that matter to source an alternative.
UPDATE - as I had already explained, I do not have the time or money now to buy a replacement, as have to wait for the funds to go back into the account so the apology from you is pointless!

Unfortunately, our stock system didn’t update correctly and the item had already sold out, which is why the order had to be cancelled shortly after being placed. I appreciate that this left you without enough time to arrange an alternative gift, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Your refund has been processed in full, including the upgrade fee. We’re also reviewing our inventory process to help prevent this happening again in future.
